My Total Deposits: €2,680
Amount Scammed: €150 + technical fraud



I am a VIP player at Gamba.com who has deposited over €2.6k. I am reporting this casino for technical fraud and admitted negligence by the owner, David.

1. Provably Fair Discrepancy (Nonce 682):
Their Blackjack verifier showed a result of Player 14 vs Dealer 18, while the live game was actually a 20 vs 20 push. The owner refused to investigate, hiding behind the fact that their UI does not show Bet IDs for losing/pushed hands in the history.

2. Admitted Support Negligence:
On February 11th, I requested to remove a rollover. Support ignored it for days. I won €150 but couldn't withdraw and eventually lost it because the rollover was still active.

Today, the owner David admitted in chat: "Sorry it was overlooked" and "Sorry we didn't see it due to spam". Despite admitting they made the mistake, they refuse to refund the €150 I lost because of their negligence.

I believe the only mistake of the casino here is too late noticing your rollover request which they accomplished after they noticed it. You lose your funds because you gamble it away instead of being patient to wait for the support completed your request.

It’s not worthy of scam accusation since you lose your money with your own decision to bet it.

On the point 1 issue, do you have screenshot of specific bet to show the inconsistency?

I appreciate your input, but you are missing the point. The casino admitted they 'overlooked' a formal request made on February 11th due to 'spam'.

A player shouldn't be held hostage by a casino's technical support failure for days. If they fail to provide the service (removing rollover upon request), they are responsible for the financial consequences of that delay.

Regarding Point 1: As I stated, their UI deliberately hides Bet IDs for pushed or lost hands in the history, making it impossible to provide a screenshot of the specific Bet ID. This lack of transparency combined with a desynced verifier is a major red flag.

Admitting negligence but refusing to restore the status quo is not 'good business', it's predatory behavior.

In what world do online casinos remove a rollover? As far as I know, those rollovers are there for AML policies and no casino would remove that. Even if for some reason they did do that from time to time for players, there is no guarantee they would have removed the rollover for your specific request at that time.

You should have finished your rollover and withdrawn like every other player would have been asked to do vs being impatient and losing it and now crying for a refund. You're at fault for losing, not them.

To the user @yahoo62278: You are applying general casino logic to a specific case where it doesn't fit.

Gamba.com has a specific policy (which they advertise) that states if a player's balance reaches zero, they will remove any remaining rollover upon request so the next deposit is 'clean'. I made this request on February 11th.

The owner, David, already ADMITTED in the chat logs I provided that they ignored my request due to 'spam'. This isn't a case of me being 'impatient'; it's a case of the casino failing to fulfill their own service guarantee for 4 days. If the rollover had been removed when I asked (as they promise to do), the €150 I won later would have been mine to withdraw.

Admitting a mistake ('Sorry it was overlooked') while keeping the profit generated by that mistake is the definition of a scam. Also, why is everyone ignoring the Nonce 682 discrepancy and the fact that they hide Bet IDs for pushed hands?

Little bit funny case. You tell him in chat that losing 10 in a row on BJ is impossible. The chances for this to happen are 0.19%, not even several zeros.
Just for you to know, I have lost at stake BJ at least 12 times in a row, once won 2 of 25 hands, that's actually very unlikely to happen but 10 is a row is't even close.
On dice 50/50 I have lost 20 in a row, 0.0000095 chance to happen, then maybe I should scream scam, but not at such a small losing streak.
What I also wonder is, why does the "owner" do customer support for some small timer with total deposits of just €2,680??

To @AHOYBRAUSE: You are focusing on the '10 hands loss streak' which I only mentioned as part of the context, but you are completely ignoring the core of the scam report.

Technical Fraud: This isn't about 'bad luck'. It's about Nonce 682 showing a different result in the Provably Fair verifier than what happened in the game. If the verifier says Player 14 vs Dealer 18, but the game result is a 20 vs 20 push, the system is broken or rigged. Period.

Admitted Negligence: You ask why the owner does support? Ask him. He is the one who chatted with me and admitted they 'overlooked' a request for 4 days.

The Amount: It doesn't matter if it's €2,680 or €260,000. A scam is a scam. Using my deposit volume to diminish a valid technical complaint is a logical fallacy.

If you are such an experienced player, you should be the first one worried about a casino that hides Bet IDs for pushed hands and has a desynced verifier. That affects everyone, regardless of their balance.
