Not that I want to disrupt the business between the two of you, but how are you able to trust an account that is under investigation and has even been negatively tagged with a no-collateral loan? I would understand if the reputation was still clean, but now that it has negative tags, there are high chances that they get kicked out of the signature campaign, and when that happens, it is very rare that someone pays back that money. They usually just default.
