You know I try to imagine such type of posting by more users, and forum starts looking like a spam fest — this is deffo not right, and if there should be a 'rule' to restrict users from such type of posting, then it should be made.

Why not? Create a rule about such types of posts (I don't think rule 32 is exactly for such type of posting, is it?), and when such posts are reported, mods give user temp ban and with each repeated offense the duration of ban increases.
That will increase the work load of moderators but at least that'll help to reduce such type of spam on the forum.
I don't think it'll increase workload significantly. Getting punishment in form of temp bans, either user will learn to not repeat it or they'll keep getting elaborated bans, profit?
By the way, what should rule look like!?
