I had no problem at all claiming the weekly race rewards. It just took a little effort to find where the prize was dropped because the email only directed me to the LuckyAnon homepage. In my opinion, it would be much better if the email directed me straight to the rewards page instead.

Maybe this isn’t a problem to you, but most other users will complain about it. The race rewards should be credited automatically. They should increase the expiry time of the race reward if they want to keep the process manual as it is now.

Your comment needs clarification or elaboration. Which person's money did the casino withdrew? Is it that they pay quickly that is making excited or they did the opposite? This is not communication. Communication needs clarity. If the casino pays fast as you expected. That is what casinos should be doing. There is nothing to bravo of excited because that is what they supposed do and they are doing their job. Though recommendations are good when a casino does well.

I dont care because it is small amount only but if I win the top places like top 10 then for sure I'll complain more LOL.
I cant really understand why they use this manual claim system for the weekly race while most other casinos use automatic system.
Being different not always bad but in in this case, it is actually not that good for players who are not visiting the site every day.
Just noticed that there is also a monthly bonus in my account LOL, means that its been 3 weeks I do not notice it.

The support just said it was escalated for manual review, which already goes against how crypto withdrawals are supposed to work. First withdrawal might take some time, but hours without any clear update is not acceptable especially when the thread title says instant withdrawals. A manual review process on a crypto casino that claims instant withdrawals is something players should be aware of before joining.

I just tried another withdrawal to test whether the website actually processes withdrawal requests instantly or not but it turns out it’s still the same as before. They still manually review my withdrawal request even though the amount isn’t much. I waited around 90 minutes for it to arrive in my wallet. If every withdrawal request still needs to be reviewed manually then they should change the thread title from instant to fast processing. And yeah I’m still playing here, although not so often and with a small bankroll.
