If the goal is long-term then indeed this is already the right time for us to still be able to make this a momentum even since the previous decline but sometimes things like this are always misinterpreted for those fomo and consider this as the final decline and they will try to buy and wait a few weeks / months before they really say that bitcoin is heading to $0 just because what they believed that bitcoin would rise quickly did not match expectations.

Everyone is waiting and watching the market, I believe Bitcoin will not go below the $60k region for this bear season, and if it eventually goes below that benchmark, then I will say that is a good buy time,, this bear market took a lot of us unexpectedly and for that reason we have little cash reserves to take advantage of this discount period, but we have to be Very calculated in doing that to avoid jumping in lto the market at the wrong time.

The price at $60k is the level Bitcoin must reach if it wants to fall further. As you said, we still have a long bearish season ahead of us, and this will be a moment of massive discounts. Those who understand this will take advantage of this decline as best they can to accumulate more Bitcoin than usual. Unfortunately, many of us have already run out of money, perhaps having bought at $100k, thinking that the price would not fall below that level. 

On the other hand, buying in stages could be the best option we can take. Sometimes waiting for a drop in hopes of buying at a cheaper price doesn't always work out. So it's better to buy little by little, as the current price is already very cheap.

Usually when the prices are down (in bear market), the fear is so much spread across the retails that they do not have the confidence to buy at cheap prices. However when the prices are higher, the fomo is there and they buy high and become exit liquidity for the whales.

Despite all this, i think if anyone is willing to invest in bitcoin he should deploy 30% of his capitial in the current prices and keep 70% of his money to buy when BTC comes below 50K.

Yes, you have a strong point here. This is what actually happens with most investors or new buyers, as they are afraid to buy when the price is low, but when it rises, confidence returns and they think that the price will recover, so they buy.

Therefore, yes, investing 30% of the capital at current prices and keeping 70% of his money to buy when the price drops would be a very serious strategy in these cases, but the problem is that newcomers miss out on such strategies so they often sell at a loss when the price drops instead of buying.

Bitcoin is actually trading at price of 67,000, about 20 per cent higher than its key Realized Price 54,900, which is what big analysts are calling final base of this cycle. History about bitcoin has not really failed to change in general, we may have noticed some little changes from halving, but it doesn’t seem to look so big of a deal to say that the Bitcoin historical trend has changed, it has not changed IMO and with all of this, we can as well say that bitcoin has proven to be a dependable asset for investment for continuously following the same pattern and growing passively as an investable asset.

Bitcoin looks to dip more but we should not also fail to take advantage of the dip while we can. Bitcoin is already dumped of 50% of its current ATH, so even if it doesn’t drops further, it may hang around this region for sometime because we’re in the bear market. The market looks like it’ll drop further, but taken advantage of the dips while we can is the best thing to do. Bitcoin may drop further and it doesn’t mean we won’t get back onto another all time high if few years to come again, so no hope lost on the investment to get back when we’re in the bull season again.

With the information am gathering from my bitcoin friends they are still making it from bitcoin investment because many bitcoiners know when to purchase bitcoin to be favour in the future ,I know some purchased bitcoin last month and some are still purchasing in this month of February because this bearish season will not going to be long like bullish season that lasted one year and some months, the level the Price of bitcoin has reached now it show that Majority of institutions and individuals will make up their minds to do what they did last two years to invest what they can afford to lose in bitcoin because the price has touched their satisfaction.

The price is now $67,863.72 and there is still lingering geopolitical instability. There are speculations that Donald Trump and his allies in Israel are pushing for a war with Iran. Even with the discussion for peaceful resolution ongoing, there has been a continued  US military build-up in the Middle East. Aircraft carriers and dozens of fighter jets have been moved close to Iran.

The US Supreme Court has declared some of the tariffs placed on some countries illegal. But Trump is not backing down because he is declaring more. The issue of taking over Greenland has not been settled.

These global tensions would affect the global econmy which might also lead to a further drop in Bitcoin price.

It will go lower than 60k, while that may not be the case right now, it will eventually happen, we just need some time for that. It's understandable why people have high hopes for bitcoin and think that it will do better, the sad reality is that in the bear market the price doesn't crash to bottom in a single month.

It means we already had one fall which made it go from 125k to 67k and that means we have gone through only one of the falls, there will be more and it will fall even more. I am guessing right around 40k is a smart move, it could be maybe just ab it lower, like only a fraction, but I doubt it will be like under 35k, that would be too low, 35k to 40k range makes sense for the bottom here, and that will take some time to get there.

I am going to go way out on a limb in "enemy territory" and suggest that Bitcoin is in heap big trouble going forward.
