It's encrypted for a reason: So anyone who got his hands on it wont be able to decrypt the private key without the owner's password.

So even if this is legit, there's nothing you can do about it if you don't have any idea what the password could be.
Bruteforcing it requires a significant part of the password to have a reasonable chance even if it'll take years, unless it's a weak short password (
which less likely to be the case)
Brutefore isn't cheap either, so if you ever want to try;
make sure that you're going for it because you're actually sure about the information that you will give to the bruteforce tool/service.
Not because you feel it'll work or you'll just waste your time and money (
hardware/power) or someone else's.
If someone claimed that he can decrypt it without any hint for an up-front fee, that's a scammer.
