I thought it was their another scam, then I went to check it out.
Then I found out, new X account owner is in Japan instead of USA, seems it's somebody else.

I went through their home page, it's not a launchpad. And there is one thing interesting, buyer who buy their token from their official sell order, can sell it back to the official at 99% of official sell price. but token price is not cheap, $9 in RLUSD.
In short, buyer pays 9 cents per token to gain luck.

If what their home says is true, it would be a interesting one.

Seems this guy knows about the situation of XRPL very well, pair with XRP is easier to sell than pair with RLUSD even it's more expensive.
19% profit is not bad though.
