Actually there is a topic to talks about USDNGN but from what you post here I would say that are talking wider than just the price. However, I will encourage to start doing DCA, thus, it not something that is compulsory but you can as well buy on lump sum, where you buy enough quantity at a time but the reason why people doesn't like buying like that is they could do that and immediately market changes direction to fall below what they bought.

Hence; doing DCA to be buying it gradually as the price decreases is always the Best but sometimes it may also back fires because while trying to wait for the market to drop lower before investing you would see it to start gaining momentum to push above the unexpected way.

Then, talking about p2p, you should be that careful while trading on p2p as it's very risky if you do not also be smart while dealing with them. And of course that is the only way to buy Bitcoin since government already restricted people from transacting directly to bank account. The p2p is actually the solution now to accumulate Bitcoin.

For me, I have been using Bybit p2p, while there are people who say that bitget exchange is the best for p2p trade but I have never traded there so I can't assure you or even guaranteed you for trading over there. However, those who has been using it can also attest to it on their transparencies.

Oga if you already have a reserve of funds to buy bitcoin, buy now that even you can confirm it that naira has gained value over USD with bitcoin price also fallen below $70,000.
So if you consider the analytical strategy of buying at this margins, you're definitely on the advantage to buy cheap.
Think about it, while you may be waiting for bitcoin price to fall, naira might also fall alongside and you'll be needing bigger amount of naira to buy then.
What if bitcoin price doesn't fall below as you awaits for the right time? Then you'll be loosing that cheap position. So I'll advice out buy now.

 Well there are lots of complains about bybit and how some vendors try to scam people so you ought to be very careful and use verified vendors with good reputations and trust, asides that you should've known by now that what you need for investment is your discretionary fund which can also be your spare cash after spending on your necessary needs.

Nowadays people do not like using their discretionary income to invest, rather they would used what they had at current to invest with the hope that they could double the amount without knowing that the market doesn't behave and reacts according to how they needs it. Investment is all about using an amount that they wouldn't be that desperate, hurry or urgently needing for something to invest than using money that they needed for urgency to make investment.

Bybit should be named as the head quarters of scam at the moment, many persons has experienced different level of scam there but as I will always say, we should be our brother keepers by exposing whatever antics of those scammers, kudos to you on your advice.
For the Biour tcoin investment aspect, some persons are not just ready to learn how to invest without getting worried at some point, I think the first thing that should come to our minds as investors is, why is it that discreationary income is been discussed always as it has to do with Bitcoin, to some people they do not know that Bitcoin investment should not be done under pressure, it should be flexibly done so that we won't get off fast, for us not to stop in the middle of the road, we have to invest with our left over funds after we are done with our daily, weekly or monthly expenses from our income depending on how earn which represents discreationary income.

I think I understand what OP's fear is about.. he speaks of the fear of watching naira gain value while bitcoin right now is unpredictable or might drop even further. For now Naira seems to be gaining value against the US dollar, but that shouldn't be a reason for you to not use it to accumulate BTC. If you compare usd to Naira, there's still a significant gain and much difference that we can take advantage of. Naira will not miraculously get back to 1naira,/ dollar over night as the economic state of Nigeria is not yet balanced or fixed. I still anticipate it to lose value soon, even if it's not a good thing for someone who is a Nigerian to be happy about, but we come to realise that weather it gains or lose value the price of goods and community still remains as high with no significant change..

For now just don't worry much about that, and focus more of using the current price as an opportunity to accumulate bitcoin. We never know when BTC would decide to leave this price and never return to it.. it may be the last of the $60k level.. buh just use the dollar cost average like everyone else have said in this post to avoid missing out..
