I think that good comment for every report is already good enough. More people doing this would already be great. Having an AI agent doing 75% of the work and humans only checking its output is even more desirable (although it's probably not what OP intends).
I don't think that a "title" is needed for this (it can overcomplicate the things and (as already seen) it can lead to wrong expectations, or misunderstanding, or attacks) and the reward can be next year(s) in the community awards.

So while (as you see) I don't fully agree the concept, I do acknowledge OP willingness to help and I think that it's a nice gesture, the rest are details that can be discussed/improved/simplified.

And about the OP question, no, sorry, I don't have enough free time to volunteer for being mini-mod, however, good luck in the endeavor of fighting spam!
