Q-BitX (QBX)

Quantum Proof-of-Work Blockchain

Q-BitX is a SHA256d Proof-of-Work blockchain integrating post-quantum digital signatures at the protocol level while preserving the structure and economic model of classical Bitcoin-style networks.

The network is fully functional, open-source, and publicly mineable.

Network Parameters
 • Consensus: Proof-of-Work (SHA256d)
 • Block time: 2.5 minutes
 • Total supply: 21,000,000 QBX
 • Halving interval: 840,000 blocks
 • No ICO
 • Open mining from genesis

Quantum Signatures

Q-BitX integrates lattice-based digital signatures designed to be resistant to large-scale quantum attacks.

While SHA256d remains secure for Proof-of-Work, traditional elliptic curve signatures may be vulnerable in a future quantum computing scenario.
Q-BitX addresses this at the signature layer without altering PoW economics.

🚀 **New QBX Mining Pool Launched – https://weminerpool.xyz**

A new **Q-BitX (QBX) SHA256 mining pool** is now live and open for miners!

🌐 **Pool URL**
stratum+tcp://weminerpool.xyz:3333

💰 **Wallet Format**
YourWalletAddress.WorkerName

Example:
M9gtz4sypfQEDsbyahTdLMzANftPL7YjHC.rig1

🔑 **Password**
c=QBX

Example miner config:

-a sha256
-o stratum+tcp://weminerpool.xyz:3333
-u YOUR_WALLET.WORKER
-p c=QBX

---

⚙️ **Important Settings (ASIC Users)**

If your miner supports advanced settings:

• Use **Stratum V1**
• Disable **Stratum V2**
• Disable **Extranonce Subscribe**
• Standard mining mode (NOT NiceHash mode)

These settings are important for compatibility.

---

💻 **CPU Test Miner Example**

cpuminer-avx2-sha.exe -a sha256d -o stratum+tcp://weminerpool.xyz:3333 -u YOUR_WALLET.worker -p c=QBX

---

🌐 **Pool Website**
https://weminerpool.xyz

---

📊 Pool Features:

• Dedicated QBX pool
• Stable stratum server
• Low latency
• Public stats
• Auto difficulty adjustment

---

⚠️ Notes:

• Only QBX supported currently
• SHA256 algorithm
• ASIC miners recommended
• CPU mining only for testing

---

Miners are welcome to join and test the pool! 🚀

I created a wallet with the windows GUI yesterday. I generated an address. Today I loaded that wallet in GUI. The address is no longer there. I'm super reluctant to start mining if I don't know that coins will hit my wallet

Hi, thanks for reporting this.

Addresses don’t disappear unless a different wallet file or data directory is being loaded.

Please make sure:
- You are starting the GUI from the same data directory as before.
- The same wallet file is being loaded.
- A new wallet wasn’t created automatically.

If multiple wallets exist, you can check with:

listwallets

and load the correct one using:

loadwallet <wallet_name>

Coins sent to an address remain spendable as long as the original wallet.dat containing the private key is intact.

Please let us know your Windows version and whether you changed the installation path.
