Dark mode question

Finally joined this forum, but i can't find the dark mode...

I cannot function on light mode...so hopefully i didn't register in vain.
(looking for a new home...tired of my old one where i spent 15 years)

Found it :

''Current Theme: Forum or Board Default (change)''

But nothing happens when i click on 'change'...is this because i use Win 7 ?

Is there another place to select this option?



Edit, no luck at all with Chrome
Tried with  Edge, getting blank page and this error : ''disabled 45''


Edit 2 : No luck with Opera, Brave or Firefox (same error : ''disabled 45'')
Welp, i tried, guess i'll try again in another 5-10 years
