This is where planning comes in, because you would not expect to start an investment without making a decision on when you could sell. It wouldn't be nice that I do not reap the fruit of my consistency and patience to bitcoin investment and it's enjoyed by some other person.

In some cases of sudden accident or death and nobody holds access to your assets but you, it could be a case of lost bitcoin which no one knows about. Op wetin you talk really make sense, but if we look at it from the other views everybody get him own reasons why him dey hold him Bitcoin for long time or why him dey invest in Bitcoin, some people own fit be say make he risk am maybe the price go go up so that him go befits well and use the money sort out some of him financial problems, some na just to open up one day and become rich when the price increases.

U no need to hold bitcoin forever if truly u buy them to earn income because that is not the reason u are holding bitcoin, but if u know the reason u are holding bitcoin, I think u will know the reason to trade to earn income from bitcoin, if not the income purpose, I don't think bitcoin would have reach where it reached today because that is what is making governments and financial institutions like to be using bitcoin as a source of their income because it s not control by any government.

Definitely, when you don buy and hold Bitcoin for over a very long period of time and you don make massive profits from that investment, it's best to sell a certain portion and invest in other forms of investment that can generate daily income for sustainability. Because without a sustainable source of income, eh go be very hard to hold unto your bitcoin investment for a very long period of time. For me, I think hodl, sell in bits when I want. Then eventually hand down the remaining as inheritance. You get?

That true though many of us that are accumulating bitcoin and holding it for profits has their aiming point and their certain goals. A lot of investors are not just accumulating bitcoin just for accumulating sake but many have their own goals and when they would love to sell off their holdings maybe after they have made so much satisfying profits that can help them scale throw their difficulties.
 Some people may not have exit point or what goals they might be aiming for and to be honest that a bad approach and as a smart holder having plan is always a positive decision and good path to follow. Having plans helps us have control over our holdings as soon as we held the profits we are after.

I no really dey think so deeply about this bitcoin holding thing beyond what I really want from it. Yes na long term investment wey go benefit me and my future generations to come but that one no mean say I no go enjoy am now as e dey hot and i dey make profit through am. At least, in my overall holding, as long as say i go enjoy up to 50% of my investments without affecting the ones wey I go leave for them, I go just strategically dey take profit from time to time until I see say me sef enjoy the part wey I suppose enjoy pass well. Op you ask a very good question, and lemme only talk about myself. Normally, before person invest in anything that person supposed get plan, and bitcoin investment is different from others, no be investment wey be say you do today, say you go comot money next week or next month, is a long time investment, even wit that, as nah your money you should get plans, waitin you go do with your bitcoin in the future.

But for me, e no really mean say till I hold bitcoin till I die, at least I should enjoy the fruit of my patience, normally the reason why invest in bitcoin, nah to gain financial freedom for my self in future.

If I have invested so much in Bitcoin, with time i will be taking some to do things that I have always wanted to fulfill, live the life I long for, because at the end we are still going to spend our investment when the time comes we are not going to just leave it there, especially when old age is approaching then it will just be to eat and take care of ones health, this investment will actually be best at old age or when an investor is advancing and can not do any physical work again then the earlier investment will be perfect to fall back on, this is the main reason it is advisable to accumulate as much Bitcoin as possible.
