You have no experience with charity, and you want to start your own, and you are completely anonymous. Already here, you deserve a red flag and to be marked.
You get involved in something you have no idea about, and the basis is that you need other people to donate their money to you for management. I'm not sure what world you live in, but complete nonsense. I would also like to be a surgeon. I need a few patients who will voluntarily agree to undergo surgery on themselves. I saw a charity here that was run by (until then) a reputable member of the forum, with a reputable escrow. In the end, they ended up paying for their own weddings and similar private things. Because of people like you, many donors refrain from giving.

Better to make an offline charity than an online one. If your website is distributing free coins, the only users you are going to get will eventually be bots and opportunistic hackers looking to drain your site.
