Opinions of various experts can be taken. But at the end, you have to make the decision by yourself. Everyone has the ability to understand the right thing with their conscience and logic. So, it is not like you have to accept just anyone's opinion. First, research yourself and gain knowledge, and then you can take opinions from others.

Op, I totally agree with you on  every single thing you have said on this thread. However, it is always decent or right  to advice newbies or rather direct them the right path to take in their investment decision but most times what really contribute to the problem we are having lately is when the newbies in question got their eyes on quick pay. When they enter with an already existing mindset of making it fast without considering the repercussion that is attached to it. Though it is important we play our roles as the older folks to them on the right things to do but I think they as a newbie also have a more important role to play also to result out a successful outcome in their bitcoin investment journey.

I think the truth is that even though everyone knows their own strengths, most of them cannot make good decisions. Most new investors have a get-rich-quick mindset, they are desperate for shortcuts and make bad decisions. Little knowledge of the crypto market lures them into trading. In the beginning, they get confused and buy with the funds they have and wait for the price to increase.

Some are doing well in their trading careers but they have practiced a lot in the past to get to that point. Sometimes they have lost and sometimes they have made profits and sometimes they have bought the wrong cryptos because of misleading information. The learning period is important during this time, you are more likely to make mistakes. Buy with the extra funds you have and have a long-term investment mindset. I still believe in testing the waters first no matter what it is you’re getting into as a newbie, you shouldn’t just rush in without knowing your way around.
It’s very important to always try to give good advice and when giving out risky moves or ideas in this space always put a disclaimer or warning. With how I understand is that you can never force someone to do what is not suppose to do, someone word can't confuse someone from not investing in bitcoin, because when you want to invest you need to look for knowledge about it first before you start the journey.
