You aaare absolutely right. When people copy and apply, and it fails, they begin to blame or point fingers to who they copied, forgetting that there spending habits as you mentioned are actually not the same, and this in a very large extend influences our investment growth or accumulation rate. We must do what works for us regardless after we must have chekeyit out and it aligns with our income and/or cash flow
You understand me wella. Normally investment no supposed really hard, but e no really mean say e dey as easy as some people dey feel or think say e dey. Most people, especially people wey never really sabi their left from their right dey mostly feel say Bitcoin investment na just copy and paste something, and na why them dey mostly make that kyn mistake, the sooner people learn say every investor get their own individual effort them gats put, and nobody go fit do am for them, the better for them.

On several occasions, I've come across statements like, it's anyone's choice to do whatever they want with Bitcoin including trading with it. We can't deny that fact but let's not also forget that because people choose to follow that path doesn't mean that they're right with what they're doing, moreover Bitcoin is a long-term investment opportunity and it's best to be held for long-term to make more profits than trading with it which is more riskier than holding.
It is not an encouragement, it is the simple truth. Those who have sense will understand that maturity means taking responsibility for any decision and action you make, which is what that statement actually means. Everyone has the right to make their own decisions unless they are slaves, where the master makes the decisions for them. As a free man, you can do whatever you want, you are free to do the right thing or do the wrong thing, at the end of the day, the result and consequences will be yours to bare alone.

You are right. Someone who is mature and know what he’s doing know the meaning of that statement, so there is no really a big deal in saying do what you want with your money, it’s yours nobody will challenge which is truth this is crypto and it’s a free place.

You can do whatever you want, your knowledge will choose what you want to do for you, if you are knowledgeable in trading stick to trading and if you are knowledgeable in investment you do that, it’s a statement mature person know what is all about.

You have a good point but the thing is that people have every right to make a choice for themselves. Advice aren't something that must be forced or shove into the throats of newbies, they should be wise enough to know what's wrong or right. Which implies that they can see or assimilate advice they see on this forum but they should also make endeavor to make their own personal research. Because trying to follow every advice or opinions you see online can lead to confusion.  Normally trading isn't a proper way for newbies to being with  Bitcoin if they don't want to lose their money but it doesn't mean that trading is something bad. What makes it bad is how people use it to ruin themselves because of lack of self control and discipline. That's why it's important to try to learn more, not taking everything you see online.

We can't deny that fact but let's not also forget that because people choose to follow that path doesn't mean that they're right with what they're doing, moreover Bitcoin is a long-term investment opportunity and it's best to be held for long-term to make more profits than trading with it which is more riskier than holding.

Make we no also forget say many people dey here to learn and new for this crypto stuff, you fit done sabi how to manage the risk wey follow trading with Bitcoin but many newbies here no sabi and them still dey find their way around the crypto space, make we no use our statements push them into wrong practice. Atleast them suppose use better strategy as newbies to accumulate Bitcoin no be the other way round.
What you said make sense to a great extent, but it's not completely correct if you ask me, first is that there is a big question every newbie need to answer,  and that question is that "if they have the level of patient required to invest their money in bitcoin and hold it for several years while the watch the price go up and down in all those days, months and years before the bull run eventually comes", do they have the patience to watch this happen without being tempted to sell and exit the market.?

Most newbies I've come across are usually impatient, they want to do something that will be giving them money daily, when you tell them to invest and wait, they are like "wait for how long?", when you tell a newbie how investing works and for how long they may likely have to wait for their investment to bear fruit, and you also tell them how trading works and the possibilities of them making money on daily basis when they become a good trader, the newbie will wholeheartedly prefer to go into trading rather than investing, so in a case like this, who do you blame? Who do you accuse for misleading the newbie if it's not the newbie that is misleading him or herself?
