Have your own thread instead of piggybacking someone else's. And, as
noorman0 said, it's a common issue. If I may be more precise, it's a common
practice, to require recovery fee. You're lucky they ask it in percentage [considering the amount stuck] instead of certain number.
The fee was required to pay a staff for their over-time, to access company's wallet, sorting out into your transaction, and reverse it.
Without consulting to my BC wallet, I understand that your issue is that BC currently doesn't support BabyDoge? In that case, as you're reluctant to pay, then the best course is to wait until they accept BabyDoge, then you'll get your account credited.
Create your own thread. You should be able to do that now, there is no newbie restriction to create new thread.
