The profile image (user_avatar) loads fine for me and it’s a generic image. You probably have a connection issue that’s preventing it from loading. It seems you can upload your own by clicking on it but I tried uploading an image from my device and it didn’t work! I'll try to upload a smaller image and see if this solves the problem.

However tried to activating 2FA for my account worked without any issues. try to check your spam folder for the confirmation email, because mine was there.

i think this is a minor bug from the site, I also have the same problem, I trying to upload an avatar, but it didn't show anything. I already uploading several images with different format such as, PNG, JPG and Gif. So, this issue is clearly not because of user internet connection anymore, but it may be a bug or because of our browser. well if it's a bug, of course it's not a critical bug, i believe this can be addressed later. By the way, it's been four days, and @sub2vega hasn't commented on any issues with the platform. especially to give an answer about withdrawal process, hopefully there is an explanation, so it's not cause misunderstandings.

It's not a connection issue; I even tried visiting their platform on mobile, and it's the same: the avatar doesn't load. It's not a deal-breaker, though. Perhaps it's just a minor visual bug.

My withdrawal was processed shortly after I posted my experience here. I don't know if this is my first withdrawal and I need to review it. Maybe someone else who has made a withdrawal has asked if it was instant.
