Hi updating that my complaint is resolved, and everything is good and I have received the prize. They have updated the leaderboard. 

Good to hear it, how much you got from it or which position you were paid for in the previous weekly race?
Just curious, did minebit spend more money due to this leaderboard issue as most winners received the prize instantly after the race ended? @Minebit: a question related to referral program, I have one referral who is coming from this forum and he had wagered closed to $10k but what is shown under my referral statistic, he wagered $6k only.
Is there like excluded games for the referral program, that's why the wagered amount by my referral is not matched with the one under the referral's statistic?

Basically it was the first thing that came to my mind "maybe because I should set the range of the date since I got my referral" but in fact changing the range does not change the wager statistic.
Means that whether I set the range of the date to today only or I set it like for the whole month (as above image), the statistic remains the same.
But if I set something like from 1st to 15th= "No Data to display" which is reasonable since my referral registered his account on 17th.

The MineBit team asked if you guys played on the slots mentioned below the tournament description.

It seems that they do not notice the error by themselves, so they had to ask this question.
I'm pretty sure we all played the games as listed in the "pick the best games", I also played few different games as listed there but my points is stuck too.
Actually it is also happening in the weekly and monthly race leaderboard, I also play for these 2 tournaments but the same thing (point stuck) happen since yesterday.
It must be an error in their whole leaderboard system, they need to fix it asap especially the weekly race as it is going to end in less than 24 hours.

It's definitely not just here or only at this tournament. If they are also freezing on the weekly and monthly race leaderboards. Then it is likely a problem with the system tracking the leaderboard and not the games themselves. Hopefully the MineBit team can find and resolve the problem in no time and ensure that all the missing points will be scored. Coming from the road of being an active player. It would be unfair if they lost their roles due to technical difficulties. Particularly with the race next week coming to a close so early. They should also look into modifying the tournament. If needed to ensure fairness for all participants and adjust the leaderboard accordingly.

It's already been fixed a couple days ago. Someone even confirmed it already.
You should always keep it a habit to at least read the latest thread posts before you respond to any that particularly intrigues you.

We checked their referral ID 1283993. Their total volume is 6,529. They might have 150 to 200 in recent bets or bonuses. They definitely do not have 10,000. If they see 10,000 on their screen, it is likely an error. Some data might have duplicated during the system issue on the previous Friday.

Thanks julerz, it is exactly what I guessed when I talked to my referral because there were few other issues happened in Minebet such as the previous leaderboard issue (fixed), missing balance issue as experience by my ref (fixed), and not working 2FA.
Looking at what happened recently in Minebit especially with those errors, I think it will be better if Minebit try to have a bug bounty campaign to find any other possible errors in the site.
Hopefully no crucial errors/bugs on the site especially related to user's account security and of course about the internal security system in the site.

Yes. This is exactly what I was talking to them a few days ago, too. A bug bounty program would be great in pointing out these possible error and fox them before they can cause problems within their platform. Rest assured, they are taking this suggestion into consideration.

You’re right on the standard slot games, I never saw greater than x500K but it’s possible on progressive jackpot slot games that can give you a chance to turn 1$ to 1M or more.

However, I never saw a progressive jackpot slot games so far being offer by online crypto casino. Maybe they are hidden on my region.

As the current running bitcointalk wager contest is running for 2 weeks and if they decide to continue then there will be 3 wager contest; weekly, bi-weekly and monthly.
Of course we should also help them if we want to see it become a regular contest, simply by keep on participating and wagering as much as we can, it will be a good reason for them to keep it running.
Otherwise, if the overall wager statistic made from the bitcointalk wager race is below their expectation, they may stop it straight away.

As of yesterday, the MineBit team seems to be happy with the wagering tournament results so, we might see another round of this tournament sometime soon. I believe they even hinted that hopefully in the next round, lots of forum users would eventually participate when they increase the tournament rewards. Hopefully, if they indeed launch another round, we get to see these changes: increased tournament rewards and zero issues in the leaderboard scores.

I agree that ongoing participation is likely to be a major aspect of whether or not MineBit can keep the wagering contest at Bitcointalk going. As long as players are still playing and the total wagering volume doesn't decrease, it provides a solid reason for them to keep promoting. Weekly bi weekly and monthly competitions might also make it easier for people to be able to play more often. But I believe the rewards and competition structure would need to be enticing enough to keep people interested. Let's wait and see how the current two week contest is going to do before we take it for granted that it will become permanent.

It was a great weekend for me, as I was able to make it through with my single bets. Because right from time, draws has always been my pick, and it was something else this time around, as both slips played 3-3 draws full time.
