I made a deposit here (only 15$), but I used the wrong network. Instead of using the BEP20 network, I sent it through ETH. I thought it wouldn’t be a problem because, in other casinos the ETH and BEP20 addresses for USDT are usually the same.
I understand that there’s a note saying that if you use the wrong network, the funds may lost and not be recoverable, so this is really my fault. But I’m still hoping that my deposit can be credited, since some casinos are able to recover it even if the wrong network was used or if the address tag was forgotten.
I’m also hoping that Anongame can do the same. I already contacted their support and they told me to wait 10-15 days to see if the funds can still be recovered.

Played some blackjack original here and some of that bets didn't credited the win. I'm not sure if it was just visual bug because this isn't the 1st time it happens to me, I do experience this also on stake.com not only here in anongame.io..
Already contacted the support and recommended me not to place any bets..
Anyway the balance I'm playing that is from achievements reward and I noticed now that achievement rewards has now wagering requirement unlike before..

That is a comparatively lengthy timeline for resolving the matter for that much amount. Ideally, they should have just credited that to your balance and they can do the recovery thing as whenever they want. Ofc, they can chose to charge a fee for that, if they want.

I think you're referring with my deposit issue and yes i checked my account and see that I have the amount that I have deposited. thanks for recovering it. Also thanks to mv1986 for reminding about it although I also received an update from support after visiting the site again.

About the issue with bet on blackjack that win didn't credited the support already told me that the lost bets didn't recorded on my bets record that's why I didn't noticed the bet that I won, so basically it was visual bug and internet connection issue with my side.. I guess this issue also resolved now.

But there's another problem with my account. I'm restricted using chat and I don't know why lol. Username xlays

Ok that is good to know. These minor issues should really be handled without any hesitation. Good that is has been resolved more quickly than the aforementioned 10-15 days

I can only repeat what I said before, they are handling withdrawals super quickly and I think the right way to move forward with AnonGame.io is to provide constructive criticism where appropriate.

This community has dealt with so many casinos, I think if there is a place to get some good advice, it is definitely here.

You did the right thing by posting this warning here and I encourage you to share it on all your other communication channels so everyone gets informed and no one can blame you if his account gets banned for trying to abuse the bonus system. I don’t see why anyone would interpret this warning as a threat and anyone who does is most likely a potential bonus abuser, jmo.
Just regarding these two points:

Not sure but this looks more like a flaw in your system and how it handles users’ balances.

Well, good decision for now (until matter resolves).
There has to some compensation for your loss though, I mean who knows if you had the max win right there (skipping that generate more sus, it is like the slot machine glitch after triggering jackpot lol).

Aside from what xGennady said that Anongame removed Hawksaw slot after I also got issue with the blackjack original that my win didn't credited they also remove the bladkjack original because I can't see the game right now on original games. BlackJack was hidden immediately after my account was blocked four days ago. When I had a long streak of wins. Yesterday, I received an email from the security team with the results of the investigation. At the end it states: "This decision is final and not subject to appeal." The email with the results of the investigation contains some inconsistencies. Due to the information about the inability to appeal, for now I did not respond to the email.
However, I am in contact with someone from the project via Telegram. This person is currently on vacation. In my opinion, account block is a misunderstanding and I think we will resolve this once this person returns to work.
