Well, we have been seeing the influx of new casinos and gambling site, but this only few of them barely have sport books in them, otherwise what they mostly list on their market is just casino games. I want to know why most of the gambling site doesn't like listing sportsbook and doesn't it mean that if they are not regulated they can't be able to add sport book to their site?

This is just question that struck into my mind to ask the community to know the reason why most of the gambling doesn't list sport book to their site.

You can never trust a gambling site fully, especially if they are in an offshore jurisdiction and have a murky ownership structure. However you can go off the reviews you'll find on sites like this and the longer that a site has been around the more chance it's going to try to defend it's reputation. Small and new sites are often the most dangerous because you never know if they owner will just shut it down abruptly, hoping that they are protected by a basic shield of anonymity. Those newer sites also have to battle through all of the major challenges that the older sites have already overcome, like DDOS attacks or navigating regulation, which can cost a lot of money to figure out along the way.

Why do you think that new casinos manage to successfully scam people? An average, normal person, does not have a need to try out new casinos at all. They should be well satisfied and comfortable with one of the existing big players. Usually what happens it that people are desperate due to poverty, greed or other reasons and then they start hunting for promotions and offers. This creates the first vulnerability, the exploitable behavior which can be targeted easily in any number of ways and clearly it works otherwise we would not see more than a couple of cases of scamming eventually. From the prospect of the scammers, they just need to invest some funds initially into promotions, maybe even signature campaigns here and then as long as the loot is bigger than the cost they can repeat this behavior. I personally never explore newly established enterprises, as I said -- there is no valid reason to do so, and I don't entertain made up reasons as some users may give them.

You can never trust a gambling site fully, especially if they are in an offshore jurisdiction and have a murky ownership structure. Sure, but you can apply this kind of thinking to pretty much any large company and their products. Many companies engage in various abusive practices or design devices in an intentionally crappy way. You have no real resources in most cases, that is why they use complicated terms and conditions and short warranty periods. Sometimes, depending on how you bought the device, even the warranty may cause you many issues so the issue of local versus offshore does not have as much of an impact as you think that it does. It seems to be one of those confirmation bias point, when in reality it would not often make a big difference.

You don't trust a gambling site emotionally, you verify and test a gambling site technically. If you struggle to identify and understand a site terms and conditions,it a warning sign already. Many people ignore this but don't engage or deposit  money on a platform with unclear/complicated rules and informations.Transparency is a requirement.
How do you plan on verifying a gambling site technically? Only a few of them and their games could easily be verified if their games are producing a fair result to some point. As for the rules, it's one thing, especially those that hide some questionable ideas beneath, but that alone does not guarantee a casino will be free of scams. Those that plan to scam can be very good at hiding from being easily noticed.
