I am publishing this thread as a personal case of fraud committed by the website mynitro.io, formerly nitrobetting.eu.

On 12.06.2025, I submitted a request for withdrawal. That was exactly 9 months ago. I have not received any payment since then. I have contacted them dozens of times, but each time they only replied that my payment was being reviewed.
Last month, I contacted them again, specifically their loyalty manager. At one point, I thought that I could finally count on my payment being processed, but it was just another form of deception.
On 13.02.2026 I was told they review my account and found something that requires additional verification.


I agreed that if verification on my part was necessary, I would carry it out. However, later, on 03.03.2026, I was informed that they could not process my request because my account had been inactive for too long.

This is really insane as I'm trying to withdraw my funds since 9 months and they tell me now they can not process it because I'm inactive waiting for processing my withdrawal.

I think that users of this forum are aware of the current situation with mynitro.io. I previously started a discussion about whether this operator is close to bankruptcy, but six months have passed and the website is still operating. Their latest excuse indicates that they are trying to force me to continue playing at their casino, most likely because they do not have the funds to pay out winnings to players.
I am not the only user reporting similar cases of huge delays in payments. I would like to keep this thread running as the others until the website settles its outstanding payments or ceases operations.

The idea of ​​redirecting their original domain to this new domain that is 4 months and 26 days old, and relying on it instead of the old one, as well as creating new communication channels, is not a coincidence. Rather, it is to deceive players and try to erase the fraud accusations related to the old domain.

Take a look at the Trustpilot reviews for both domains [mynitro.io] + [nitrobetting.eu] all negative reviews clearly indicate that the platform is untrustworthy, and many users will not be able to withdraw their funds.

I’m sorry for your loss, but if you had done thorough research, you could have avoided them. They are still active today to steal more funds from players who are unaware of their dark history.

Yeah, they went from Nitrogensports to Nitrobetting and then now to mynitro. the domain names and "branding" keep changing, but what does not change are their scam patterns and complaints about their service in this board

What is worse is that the complaints that come up here are never resolved. it's like they don't care about their reputaion anymore.

OP thinks that they didn't process his withdrawal because they don't have enough funds, so either they have to pay him his withdrawal or they should shut down. Poor guy.
OP, don't expect a casino can't pay 57mBTC. It is a very small amount at the point they even dumb scammers would pay it to encourage you return and keep playing. They are are scammers ready to steal all the deposits even few cents. As you can see, their strategy is to change the branding domain, and it seems their scam strategy is generating some profits. Forget about your money and dyor next time. Some lessons in life are a little bit expensive. Sorry for your loss bro.

LOL, what a disgusting thing to deny withdraw because account is 'inactive'. They have truly lost all shame and integrity.

Its really sad what the OG crypto sportsbook has turned into, at one point they were THE place to gamble with BTC, terrible management turned it into this scam shithole. Really feel for all the people who got scammed through their decades old history 

At this pont, i don't even know why they are coming up with more bullshit, instead of just straight up officially scam you. It's pretty clear to me you will never see this money.

Nitro has become a scam tier level of the likes of 1xbit and betpanda. At this point it should be considered to be placed a sticky like with 1xbit.

There is no winning in this casino. You try to withdraw, they delay it. Then block it due to inactivity. Are they expecting people to deposit more to keep playing to avoid inactivity? It would be more respectable to just straight up scam, than dragging this situation for almost a year.
