Not to input your seed phrase again but to check where you kept it. But to login your wallet to know if your coins are saved.
I don't think we need to regularly log in to our wallet, it can make us panic or obsess over it.
Maybe periodically checking where you saved it is fine, but IMO, twice a year is enough. I know it's in a safe place and no one knows where I kept it.
All I can say is if you barely check your wallet phrase or log in, it's less stressful.
Frequent checks can make you rush into selling all your Bitcoin. Continuous attention to small price moves can distract from long-term goals.
So, I think there's no reason to check your wallet frequently. As long as you know your credentials are secure and safe, that's good enough.
You can check your wallet address occasionally to confirm your Bitcoin is still there.
