You are right and many of these players especially the ones that have not participated in any world cup tournament before would want to get the privilege that will make them to show their potential and could get possible sign up by clubs that are looking for a replacement and vacancy space for players that can fill up their team with the right players.

You have no idea how happy I am for those teams that are finally going to a World Cup for the first time. In my country, it wasn't like that; we've never been to a World Cup. But I think it's because in my country, football is completely rigged. Good players aren't called up; players who are the sons of people who think they're important or of politicians are the ones who go and make fools of themselves. If we are been honest, there is nothing valuable that Neymar can add that some other players that were slipped behind by Anceloti that they can't do. I have said it before that this call feels too pressure, even Anceloti knows he will not be helpful but the pressure to bring him along made him to change his mind. A real coach is not after what people will think but what he is bringing back from the tournament, Neymar will not be helpful in any of their match.

I have seen some national team and I can say the same by some players that were called for world cup appearance, I see most of them like deligate and face of the country to represent them for experience sake than some new faces that people don't know. I share your thoughts about Neymar and perhaps this is also true for Ronaldo and Messi. While these three players possess undoubted quality, they won't be able to perform at their maximum potential at their current age. Their presence is still needed to boost team morale.

It seems Ancelotti decision to call Neymar up was driven by public pressure. Furthermore, many senior players like Romario, Ronaldo and Ronaldinho have spoken out in various media outlets about Neymar continued importance at the World Cup. Messi and Ronaldo are still the main players of their team, there is no big chance of them not playing if they are fit to play the match. There is of course doubt in the case of Neymar Jr., how he will get match time is still a question. However, I think that if Neymar is physically fit, then he will definitely be given match time and that regularly. However, the possibility of playing the full 90 minutes is very low. He is a skilled and experienced person, Ancelotti will only use him at the turning point of the match at important moments. Since he is an injury-prone player, it would be better to use him carefully.

I think Nermar was called as a fans favorite not the coach choice, it's a risk for the coach to call. Player that won't play full time, Nermar is not fit to play this world cup and we all know this, then every team needs an experienced player in their squad and that's the another purpose why Nermar was called, he will help the coach to motivate the players.

Ronaldo and Messi are in the world already and they're here for their last world cup have participated in five straight world cups, they're also in their team to help the young players in this world cup, Ronaldo is still hoping to win the world with Portugal and this is his last chance to achieve it. Come on, it's completely misguided to suggest that the title is secondary. For Brazilians, a World Cup title is a huge deal; I think you have no idea what it means for Brazilians to be World Cup champions.

Compared to Neymar, Ronaldinho deserved a spot on the Brazilian national team more—firstly, because he was in better form, and secondly, because he was the architect behind Brazil's last FIFA World Cup victory, not to mention that he won almost everything else in football.

That was a rigged decision, too, influenced by Dunga's personal differences with the player. In Brazil, the final roster is always controversial because there is so much talent to choose from in every position, especially in the midfield and attack.

Do not forget these experienced players are needed on the pitch to motivate the upcoming players to do better while playing with their opponents. If I am not mistaken, Neymar is just 34 years old and I consider him still young  compared to Ronaldo who is 41 years old and Messi who is 38 years old currently. The only thing I think would possible make Neymar unfit to play in the coming world Cup full in all the matches Brazil will play is if there are any form of complications from previous or maybe recent injuries, which if this be the case, I would say why don't they just allow the dude to rest so he could get healed properly?

Neymar is a very good player and I believe that so many football fans in Brazil will be looking up to him to help push the Brazilian team into victory or majority, if not all of their matches, but I honestly do not see how how can deliver the people's expectation when he is unfit and being like compelled to play by the same people who likely know his present health condition.

With the swelling Neymar has in the calf, I think everyone is tense about him playing the last matches before the world cup. And even the training with the national teams that he maybe will miss.

I know Neymar is a magical player but I do not like that we need to put all our hopes in him when he can get injured very easily and leave the world cup very soon. Maybe Joao Pedro was better as one of the best goal scorers in the Premier League.
