@0trace representative, i decided to take a look at the 0ctrace exchange tonight and something caught my attention. I want to believe that the 0ctrace exchange is a global swap exchange, but i just noticed that you guys only support two languages English and the Russian language. So, i want to ask don't you think that you guys should support more than two languages? because there are people who do not speaking English, and what if they want to make use of the 0ctrace exchange because it is privacy focused? well you can ignore this comment if you don't find it necessary.

Speaking of having their website support more languages apart from English and Russian. I think it will be nice if they also have their NN thread translated into various languages and post it in different local boards, while they also do signature campaign marketing to be among the leading platforms in the space. Does anyone know if their aPI is fully updated

Most projects that have two languages only (English and Russia) are actually Russian based exchanges whose major market is the Russian market. In this situation, translating to English is already a good job. It seems like Russia is a very big and self sufficient market.

I was in a platform where a particular project was only interested in marketing to the Russian Market. That left me thinking how large is the Russian Nation and how crypto friendly they are to the extent that a project will be particular interested in the country.

It is important to have more than one language in a platform and you can see a similar example from some existing ones that have been in the operation for the while, they can choose to add more than two languages and the most common one that have seen is Spanish Portuguese, French and Chinese, aside the official English language and the Russian language that was supported already, I think there are even translation services as well to make this more easier to achieve.

As you have mentioned already, that your mobile app is already at the third stage of its developmental stage, and I believe this will also make a unique relevance when available and completely achieved, so as to allow many have access to your platform even from the Play store and downloaded it for use, as already know that most exchange you see today operated and have their mobile version, we stand to hear an update on the progress on that.

Yes, it will be good for the platform to follow the steps of the long existing privacy exchange platform, but they also need to develop their own marketing standards that will set them apart from the others.
Since this exchange appears to be new to this forum, they could easily accomplish the marketing, translation and posting of translated ANN thread through campaign manager, who will oversee the translation, post of the translated ANN thread, and campaign, unless they want to risk being conned by someone posing as a legitimate translator.

As for supported coins, we definitely plan to expand the list over time.

Why would an instant exchange offer APY? This type of exchange is not intended to hold user funds. We have already seen many cases where instant exchangers do not pay out their users swaps even after disputes. So why accept this kind of thing?

Besides, a yield just means you're letting the platform lend your money to other people. And if they default, what are you able to do? Sue them? lol

I'm not trying to sound condescending, but I'm just trying to show you that the whole idea of APYs is a scam (from the point of view of the user).

When it comes to the use of a new platform like this, I ensure that I first communicate with their customer service and see how committed and dedicated they are to what they do.

I tried to engage the 0trace platform and see how their customer service attends to and handles customers' issues, it could be observed that they have real-life human interaction with their agents, unlike other platforms that may subject you to a bot, which I think is one of the exceptionally desirable qualities we may need to be assured of.

Some customer care will not even respond to your request or delay before they respond, I also see that they have a functioning email one can use to communicate with them in case of relating our experience, suggestions, or ideas with them, one can reach out.

I think what the user is trying to say is the process whereby some people provided their clean coin for a crypto tumbler platform years ago and got a certain reward for it.  There's a certain crypto tumbler that does this thing, but I couldn't pinpoint their name since mixing platforms is not allowed on this forum again.

So how do you detect dirty coins that may want to use your platform for an exchange?
Do you have any measures in place against such from your policy or are all coins treated equally as clean coins for your exchange?
