It looks like they are always updating their system and this is a good one when people complain about a particular something about their exchange I think they immediately run an update on the system to ensure that everything is okay however I will advise that anytime that you people want to run an update please inform your customers in this thread and also on your social media through your social media accounts.
The Octrace exchange  is at it early stage so let's not be surprised if they are always updating their platform, it is to give their users a better experience.
What I like about the Octrace team is that they pay close attention to what users are saying include the ones that are outside the forum, because I am pretty sure that Octrace is not only on Bitcointalk they definitely have other platforms where they are advertising their exchange.

No, we don't currently have a mobile app. We've postponed it until the second phase of the project's development.
Ensure you have a mobile app, as there are users who prefer mobile app to website, personally I prefer using a mobile app rather than a website, but that doesn't mean I can't  use  your website if I want to.

However, I wanted to use my free time to explore your platform today and the image below popped up, I can see that you are doing everything possible to ensure that your users receive an excellent experience.


It is very important for an exchange to have a mobile app because it actually make things easy for people who are using them so I agree with you having a mobile app is very important because a lot of people prefer using mobile app to visit an exchange than using a website as for me I usually don't like using website to access any exchange I'm using I even wanted to inform them about having a mobile app so we can be using it.

Yeah I think the update is necessary for the future of this project in order to ensure its long term sustainability. It’s equally important to move with the current technology because everyday brings new ideas. But then it’s equally important that its users are also updated and if possibly pre informed about the current update so as to avoid future confusion among its users. I’m sure This is definitely not going to be the last system update.

I think my first post here was about security in this platform, without the security platforms like this are always worthless, because users and customers would be more interested in the security of the platform, and most importantly the consistency and satisfaction of this platform would be more appreciated and would also provide longevity, updates are more important and essential to customers, so it doesn’t cause panic among customers and users.

Exactly, Octrace team are really doing well since they are given there customer time to says there opinions and they always listing to people and that what make me have more confidant that they will do well. In this forum anyone that check your exchange and they see it very good they will always give you good feedback and since everything is going well. You’re in the good place of advertising your exchange.

Thank you, we're doing our best.
After the exchange is completed, the user can simply click the "Delete order" button — all order data will be permanently deleted.

As far as i an concern you guys have taken a good step,  by ensuring that your platform is listed on Directory and xmr.cludb/exchanges shows that you guys are in for business.

However, I will also advise that you guys should remain transparent, genuine, and trustworthy, build good reputation on the forum because, what will determine the amount of traffic you will generate from Bitcointalk is good reputation.

Furthermore, ensure to run some promotions on Bitcointalk, organize raffles, Bitcoin prediction contest and many more for more visibility. If possible run a signature campaign, just a friendly piece of advice.
