Link to Casino: bitz.io

My email: only.w1ns@proton.me

On March 18, 2026, my account was permanently blocked by Bitz.io. They returned my initial deposit but confiscated all my winnings, citing "unscrupulous suspicious play."

When I contacted support for evidence or a technical explanation, they refused to provide any details, stating their "internal investigations" are private and their decision is "final."
I have been a legitimate player and have not breached any terms. This is a clear case of a casino "freerolling" a player—taking the risk of my bets but refusing to pay when I win.

Transcript with live agent:

I have filed a formal complaint with the Anjouan Gaming Commission. I am warning other players to stay away from Bitz.io and other WinSector N.V. brands as they clearly do not respect fair play or transparency.

You don't have to post your email in this thread, some bad actors could target you by sending you phishing emails, and it could be disguised in the form of offering solution to your current issue with this casino.

That said, i read your discussion with their support and i must say "unfair and suspicious play" sounds extra vague, every player would like to know what unfair and suspicious activity led to the closure of their account. Did you win a big amount? How much in winnings were voided?

Have you sent a pm to their representative on the forum Bitz_Casino to draw their attention to your case?

I'm quite surprised about the amount and doubt they would want to run a scam over €85
I could be wrong but it feels too small for a casino that dedicates quite an amount to adverts in the forum.

Though I checked their Trustpilot review, it seems to be a recurring situation
Though their support always reaches out so I'm sure you may get more clarity on why your winnings were withheld.
