I know your perception on your struggling condition and how you see money as all solution for all problem. For me problem not only come when we don't have money, pbroblem transforming and coming on different form when we have money. Building wealth actually start from building foundation not amount of money, without strong foundation, let alone building wealth, collecting a little bit or even saving it would be impossible. Planning and budgeting our finance, cashflow management , financial discipline and risk understanding is need clear mind and health mental, people who live from paycheck to paycheck usually only think how to squezee theirself to get more money to fullfill basic need.

I suggest to start make  plan and budget and trust me everything will be cleared and at least have direction. The most important thing is a critical thingking about when a shock happen we can survive without loose everything in hand, so everything start with financial safety first. I don't know the situation in your country but it is not a fiction, my daughter and son, can build their own business with usd 10 selling mochi (japanese dessert) @30 cent / piece. Selling casually according to orders and taking part in the weekly bazaar for around 2 years, my daughter can have 3 digit saving. The point is easy to get additional income as long as we eager to move and try, now information is easy to access, some small penny business can be big if we give passion, integrity, work hard and our hope in there.
