I don’t think anyone should even compare the risk in future trading with spot trading. Future trading is so risky, and most people do make use of high leverage because of high reward which they are going to get and it always increases the risk in future trading. When you trading futures, immediately the coin price hits your liquidation price, then you going to be losing everything, but when you are trading spot, if you buy a coin and the price drops, if you don’t want to sell at loss all what you are going to do is just to keep on holding till the price bounces back and you going to sell.

Absolutely, future trading way is high risk and high return with leverage feature you can set up until the .aximum exactly future trading at MEXC exchange. Many people know about high risk and high return with future but most of them won't quick from future trading because the only one way you can increasing much profitable akthough have lowwer funs for trading.

Unfortunately,  OP has been banned  since their last post but I guess he  got so much from his thread already.  Future trading is a risky market on it own, it also give options to trader to drag up the risk or  maintain a minimal risk.  

Greediness is part of trading , it doesn't  necessarily  has to be attached to Futures . Humans are wired to be greedy and it takes alot of discipline to be able to control it.  The major  difference  is the level of risk attach to the type of trades, you can't  expect what greed will cost you in spot to be same as what it will in future.

There are people who make some profit, there is no doubt about that, not everyone loses money but at the same time we are talking about something so risky that only a small portion of people make that profit. We have so many amount of articles and research that show that majority of the traders lose money. And you do not even need a winner to keep losing money, it is not like "X person loses but Y person wins" and equal, no not at all.

You could buy something at 20 dollars, sell at 15 dollars and be at a loss, and then the person who bought from you could buy at 15 from you but sell at 10 and they lost too, and then the person who bought from them could buy at 10 and sell at 5 and they lost too, only then someone buys at 5 and sells at 10 and they made a profit. So as you can see, 3 people lost before one person profited.

I see futures trading as high risk,  high reward.  Futures trading would pay you only if you would be willing to take risk.  As the matter of fact only high risk takers can profit from it.  So if you are a trader and you can't afford to take some certain risks just stay away from futures trading for your own mental health.

Futures trading can make someone rich overnight,  but it's rare,   People lose money in futures trading than get rich overnight because of the high risk involved.  Despite the risk involved in futures trading a small price move in your favor is huge profit.

Lastly,  I see futures trading as both a path way to profit and a trap,   because futures trading can be highly profitable, but it comes with conditions.  As for the trap,  despite futures trading is highly profitable the risk is equally dangerous.

I don't agree when people compare future trading with gambling. Gambling is a totally different thing where you have no control over the data, but here you have full data and past history to analyse before taking a trade. If we look at it, there was future trading 17 years ago and whoever bought Bitcoin became rich at the current price. In addition, in which coin will we hold our future, if we can understand these things, we can make a good decision on it. As far as I think and what I know about the market aspects, we can get quite rich because if we look at good coins and their increasing prices, we can keep our coins in future for the next many years. Or you are trying to correlate them in some sense because in future trading we are not owning any coins, we can't move them from exchanges, they are locked but in long term holding we can do whatever we want. In trading, you have all the data and can analyze the market. But did you know that past data does not reflect the future?
Analysis also cannot help or guarantee that you know exactly the movements and trends of the market. It only help you predict with a higher probability, but it does not guarantee anything

I will say it as a future trader myself it isn't really worth it because all odds are against you from funding rate, auto deleveraging as demonstrated from when there were massive flash dumps, squeezes and many more.
So many things could go wrong and your chance of making a big profit using leverage is pretty low. If you don't have the best edge in the market just forget it, you're going to lose your money. I've never seen people genuinely become billionaire from future trading.

This is true. I have heard many stories about people who became rich, made huge profit, and became millionaire over the years with crypto. But interestingly, most of them are long term holder. I have never heard of anyone becoming rich or a millionaire through trading or futures trading. But there are also many stories of losses and bankruptcies, even leading to suicide, due to futures trading.

Well when you trust yourself that much, it's understandable for you to have that kind of trust for yourself. Obviously it's not going to be too easy, there are a lot of people who are not entirely sure about it, and then still jump in it.

Worst part is, some people out there who have no idea and just do what others are telling them to do and those are the real people who lose too much money. Some person on tiktok or twitter or whatever spamming about stuff, or even using AI to tell you what you should do, is only care about their follower number, so they can be influencer, they do not care about how much money you make or lose. And yet newbies fall for these traps and they do what others tell them to do and lose all their money.

I have mostly talked about long term which is wrong according to the title, I am grateful to you. I know about future trading and how we can work on it and if I have money, how much leverage can I use it to make a profit and I will choose up and down, I know all this, I understood something else because of which I and you did not understand. As stated in the title, there is a lot of profit in future trading and a lot of loss because it is like a gamble. If we work with our intelligence and experience, we can make a good profit from it and if we suggest the wrong candle, we will go into loss. You have attracted me to the right direction and I was able to take my stand. In future trading, people also take steps to get rich quickly, but most of them, in my opinion, would have gone into loss due to high leverage.
