Although coin not moved since 2019 may be seen as not lost but how about those not active since 10 or more years ago.
2019 to 2026 is quite a long period of time for a bitcoin holder and in as much as the coins to the particular are not accumulating up with new coins it easy to assume that either the keys to the wallet may have being lost or the owner may have passed on. Now imagine over 10 years ago, a wallet with dormant bitcoin for that lengthy years, it's only when it's moved we can be certain of a non loss just as this occurrence in the OP.
