Even though you have a representative from your casino responding to the people who made these accusations, nothing has been removed. This means, in my opinion, that the people who posted these complaints haven't seen their problems resolved and for that reason haven't removed the negative comments about your casino.
Of course, it depends on what you prefer to look at. On the one hand, there are three negative reviews, while the positive ones say the opposite. I think this interpretation is malicious if you tend to believe three reviews, all of which, coincidentally, are about the same place. The platform is probably one of the fastest in terms of payment, so you just need to test it yourself to understand where the truth lies
