I don't know to what extent such accusations can be considered true, but the fact is that your casino has these complaints on Trustpilot. Even though you have a representative from your casino responding to the people who made these accusations, nothing has been removed. This means, in my opinion, that the people who posted these complaints haven't seen their problems resolved and for that reason haven't removed the negative comments about your casino.

About the next rule, I am not sure what to think... what does this mean in reality? When we complete the wager requirements, we can only claim $100!? Or I got it all wrong... 

What's the point of having deposit bonus "up to $300" while the max amount to be converted to real money is capped at $100?
This is for sure unattractive bonus offer, I will be surprised if there are some people who are willing to take this offer.
Frankly this is the first time I see this kind of rule on deposit bonus, having a max limit on winning while taking deposit bonus is normal but if the max winning limit is much lower than the max allowed bonus offer is strange.
