I experienced that many times, but I soon learned that in sports, it's not over until it's over, as long as you're on a competitive team that loves to fight until the dying seconds. I almost went home when I saw my team down by 20 points going to the last quarter, but they eventually won by 3 points.
There is such a thing as a break in the game, so never lose hope until the game is over.

A very common occurrence experienced by sports bettors where the casino has a cash out feature will make it easier for gamblers to hesitate and take profits or reduce their losses.
 
I've always wondered why anyone would be so serious about taking half of your previous intentions.

Honestly, it has not happened to me because of some reasons.
Most of the times I am so busy in real life, that I don't have any spare time to sit down and watch a whole match from beginning to end, so I only focus on the final results when they have already been distributed around the internet and on newspapers as well.

Since I am rather a casual bettor and gambler, I risk my money fewer times than the usual or average bettor does, so there have been less chances for me to experience what you describe.

There are times i will place a bet and sometimes it get to a point where I would give up on that game because you will see your bet going on the opposite direction. And this can happen in different stages, it could happen in the first halve of the match or even towards the end of the second halve, and you would see your favourite club loosing the match at the die minutes. At this point you could even be tempted to tear your  bet slip, but as the game finally ends, you see your bet or ticket ticking all green.

This is anxiety disorder for a player because at the instance of your bet you should already have a predetermined expectation and mind makeup,  with that in place,  there is no way that you will keep panicking while the game is still in progress but rather you will remain confident in your bet selections making sure everything play out accurately as predicted by you instead falling for your fears.

At first i don't like to bet in centralized gambling platforms...i gamble with sporty bet and even though the match is against me i don't need to panic until the final whistle...

You have to know that gambling is a game, and if you don't follow gambling with precaution it will make you to be depressed...So the reason why it's called gambling, it's because you're not sure of your predictions and on the process you may lose or you gain, this are the two things that's involve....I have gambled and at the 90' minute, the team i bet against equalize..so at the moment my emotions changes.

Yes, I still can’t forget this. I had 5 legged parlay, all supposed to be on over NBA total score. Four legs already won and there was only one left. I really thought I had lost that last leg, but it turned out I didn’t. I had actually placed it on under.
In my mind, all my bets were on over but I didn’t realize that I had misclicked one leg to under. That under bet ended up winning, eventhough I was expecting it to be over. I was honestly surprised when I suddenly saw a balance in my account because of that bet. lol

I have felt it and was very disappointed, especially what I bet was on parlay gambling, which I gave up before finding the final result which was a fantastic victory, even though there were only a few more matches, as I remember the last 2 matches I did not dare to continue and chose to withdraw, after that I fell asleep and saw the next day I looked back at the final results of the match and if I continued I could get a large amount of money, but not at that time which made me upset with myself and sorry for withdrawing.

Gambling is a game of surprise and sometimes a game which you dont even expect will turn out well will end up becoming win for you. Their are some games in gambling which you dont even expect it can even turn up to be win for you but only gamble to try luck but unfortunately it ends up becoming a win.

In games like this that win are un expected, it is important to learn that gambling is a game of luck and you dont need to expect much from it because,  their is no guarantee to win in gambling and gambling camt be predicted,  expect to see any results.

You could come across days like this if you are a consistent bettor, because new episodes of gambling experiences happens every time bets are placed. I haven't encountered similar thing before though but I could sense something like this happening.

I never doubt it nor having a feeling that something like this can't happen, but what I may find it hard to happen is it all the games in the ticket behaves this way while all turns out to be green, single bet could be a perfect example of this scenario in my opinion.

In terms of betting, there is nothing anyone who has been betting for long has not experienced or witnessed, whatever word describes it most; that's why it's an event. As long as they are being played by humans, anything is possible on the field. As long as the game has not come to an end, anything can happen. I have witnessed even where a game started all down to the dying minutes only to close my screen, come back later, and meet a lost bet slip.

No, as a gambler, you have to be comfortable and accept the outcome even if you have 100% belief in your bets; upsets do happen in sports betting.
If you know the game you're betting on, you should know the time at which you will give up, and it usually comes when its imposible to turn the game, remember in boxing, Chavez was trailed on points by Meldrick Taylor, but he won by stoppage with less than 2 seconds in the last round.

Personally, getting discouraged on your bet will not makes sense at all because you know the fact that you are gambling, and that its outcome will always be uncertain and unpredictable.

I have experienced this a lot of times when I was still new in the gambling market, but after years of experience, I learned to be more precise in making bets and bet only when I know the game, so discouragement seems off to me.

I think it's part of the reason why we shouldn't give up on our bets and analysis just because someone else disagrees with our bet selections. Yes, it turned successful but mostly its not. I have realized that its better to bet if you know the game well rather than to make unsure bets and still hope that things will work in a positive way.

I feel like this is a pretty common situation to a lot of gamblers, not just for sports bettors. I mean, I've been gambling for a long time now, and feeling like I made the wrong bet and turning out that it was a winning bet still happens to me. Also, I don't know about others, but winning from a bet you thought was a mistake feels so much better than winning on a bet that you never doubted.

Fairly normal. Basketball games, boxing games and all other sports that we used to get disappointed when we don't like what we're seeing. When that happens, we turn off the television or we close the browser where we're watching the games and expects that we've lost already. So, not following the game anymore and checking the slips that we've bet for, we're somehow surprised by the results. But I think that's a good attitude when we accept defeat early and moves on quickly. Although the twist is there and that's giving us more good vibes.
