Hi everyone,
I have a withdrawal of over 500,000 USD pending for more than 12 hours. Support keeps saying "the provider is verifying the bets" but gives no clear timeline or explanation.
For context, I deposited over 500K in total through multiple deposits. I did not make a huge profit, only around 10K–15K, mainly recovering previous losses. Already, trying to recover losses was very stressful, and depositing such a large amount felt risky and unhealthy.
This money is part of my crypto perpetual trading activity. For those who understand, even a few extra hours of delay can cause a real financial disadvantage. As a day trader, timing is critical, and these long, unclear verifications add serious stress.
Has anyone else experienced similar issues with Rainbet withdrawals?
I will update this thread when I get more information or receive my payout.

On amounts this large it's a minimum of 24 hours in case of misgrades. It will be a lot longer with a book such as Rainbet and you'll most likely go through a lengthy KYC due to AML laws. Never use a name such as pro gambler in any sportsbook. There are only a couple of books or exchanges that will pay out fast on amounts this large. Add claiming to be a pro gambler to the mix hurts due to recreational gambler only rules in most books. I'm not saying that I agree with any of it but that's the normal process.

As long as you won or played legitimately you should be paid. I have had a few withdraws that were an hour or 2 but never 12+. Unfortunately, if you were told the provider is verifying the bets, then it's not rainbet delaying anything it's the provider. You just have to wait.

Wait until they're done with the verification. There's nothing much that you can do with that but to let them finish the process. It's a huge amount and that withdrawal would really take up sometime. They're a known casino and so, if everything is fine you should receive that withdrawal once they're done with it. Next time, don't deposit such huge amounts.

Wow, what a good news. Congratulations OP and that wait of yours have been fruitful and while you're away, they've already processed it. You can lock the topic now as this problem has been solved and rainbet did a good job on handling this one.

I truly hope this is a real case but a couple of notes on Rainbet.
1. They currently have a case at Askgamblers for a 3,000 Euros withdraw and they are asking for level 4 KYC proof of funds.
2. Trustpilot has taken down reviews claiming fake reviews from Rainbet.
3. No licensed casino in Anjouan will do a withdraw for $500,000 with no KYC and it takes time. It's done for AML and safety of the player in case of hack.
4. There was a complaint last week on Reddit where a player was asked for level 4 KYC.
5. Rainbet is making a huge push on X and TikTok. A lot of this is claimed to be staged.
Rainbet may be a good sportsbook but there are some red flags here on the $500,000 claim.

That's great, thanks for the update and response on this thread. When reading the post expecting to release funds unless there was something wrong, then I noticed your reply. You have a good reputation on the forum and hope you will serve honestly. Since OP got your payment, you should mark this thread solved so it will not hurt Rainbet's reputation. For the future try to follow the scam accusation standard format, including your username, to solve your allegations with the representative. Otherwise it's hard to solve an issue. The thread should be locked after marking it solved.

If I place bets under $5,000, do I still need KYC? Also, is it Tor-friendly, or could using Tor cause problems later on?

Once again I'm not saying that Rainbet is a bad book. It's just that KYC has been done on players like you elsewhere. Betby books use AI (AI Labs) to track multi-accounting and they are pretty good at it because of betting behaviour.

Could it be that he already did the level 4 KYC even before he won and tried to withdraw $500k, and that's why he wasn't asked to do it, or maybe the OP just didn't mention it? Anyway, if this case is true, then, Congrats to the OP!

Anyway, if this case is true, then, Congrats to the OP! It may have happened but Rainbet has promos all over social media for fake wins. Common sense tells the story. False advertising doesn't equate to not paying. Rainbet may turn out to be the best book here. I'm watching this case here https://www.askgamblers.com/betting-complaints/rainbet-sportsbook-account-with-3000-euros-closed-because-of-unfair-time-limit-in-hidden-chat-messageAI Rainbet.com has been heavily criticized for aggressive and often misleading advertising, especially on TikTok and X (Twitter). What the Complaints Are About
Fake winning slips and staged wins: Many users and betting accounts accuse Rainbet of paying influencers to post fabricated betting slips (showing huge wins) that look like real user bets. These are often designed to bait casual bettors into signing up. Critics say the slips are inconsistent (e.g., wrong teams or dates) and clearly manufactured for marketing. Undisclosed paid promotions: A large number of TikTok videos and Instagram Reels show influencers "gambling" on Rainbet with flashy wins, but the sponsorship is often not clearly disclosed (or poorly disclosed). This has led to accusations of tricking younger audiences. Targeting US users despite restrictions: Rainbet is an offshore site (Anjouan/Curaçao licensed) and is illegal/unregulated in the United States. Despite this, it runs heavy ad campaigns that appear to target American users, including through influencers. Impersonation and fake sponsorship scams: There are reports of scammers impersonating Rainbet staff on Discord to lure streamers with fake "streamer accounts" and bonus deals. While these may be third-party scammers, they exploit Rainbet’s brand.
Evidence from Platforms
TikTok: There are numerous videos and comment threads calling out "Rainbet frauds," "fake Rainbet ads," and "staged wins." Some creators have made exposé-style content about Rainbet’s influencer marketing tactics. X (Twitter): Recent posts (as of March 2026) openly call out fake Rainbet slips, bot activity defending the brand, and influencers posting obviously paid content. Some betting analysts have highlighted how Rainbet uses these tactics to grow rapidly. Other platforms: Reddit threads discuss coordinated influencer promotions and "obvious paid placements." There are also broader discussions about gambling sites (including Rainbet) flooding social media with misleading content.

Hi everyone,
First of all, thank you for your interest and support. It really means a lot, especially in stressful situations like this.
I confirm that I received the $550,000+ payout earlier today. Thanks to Rainbet for processing it. That said, waiting several hours for such a large withdrawal is stressful.
I am an overall net winner on Rainbet, with $200,000+ profit across multiple accounts. They have been serious so far, but this last withdrawal made me panic, especially since I previously received a $700,000 payout much faster in comparison. For context, I only play casino games (dice and keno), no sports betting.
I also hope my withdrawal was handled normally and not because I posted here.
Before closing this thread, I would like some clarification from Rainbet so that everyone knows what to expect in case of a large withdrawal. What does the verification process involve? In which cases can it fail? And if it fails, can KYC still be required afterward?
I think many users, including myself, prefer to avoid KYC, which is one of the reasons for using crypto platforms. It would be good to have clear information on this for large amounts.
Thanks again everyone.

Wait wait. You're saying you withdrew 500k and did not complete KYC? and the previous 700k was also from rainbet? So, we're talking 1.2M withdrawn from rainbet without completing KYC? Is this an ad disguised as complaint?😂 Please i don't mean to offend, but this is unheard of for me

Stop saying nonsense without checking. This is real and not a promo. My withdrawals were processed, and if you want proof, I can send the TXID in a PM.
I’m not here to advertise anything, just sharing my actual experience. Spreading baseless accusations without verification only makes you look foolish.
Yep the other 700k was with rainbet, without any verification request.
