On 03/20/2026 I deposited 53.72 HYPE via HyperEVM to LBank.
Funds never credited. Support refused escalation despite 5 days of attempts and an offer to pay a recovery fee.
A formal 48-hour deadline was issued on 03/25 and expired on 03/27 with no resolution.

Now filing regulatory complaints and pursuing legal options.
Has anyone had success recovering funds from LBank under similar circumstances?

In my experience, I found that they weren’t very responsive via email but were excellent via live chat.
