This is the way how people who is willing to participate in the promotions need to contact him first because people will need to be his referral in order to qualify for the promotions.

Lolz! This is new strategy for him but this is a wrong place for him to do that. So anyone who wants to play in the casino will pass through a middle man referral link to play the game. But the way he presented the Announcement, it has if he is from the company. But he doesn't have casino or representing any but trying to tell people direct people to his telegram for discussion.

Yeah, this is a first one, it seems, if I'm not wrong. He is running an exclusive promotion for Bitcointalk users and trying to get em aboard the ship. So far, he has managed to get 49 users on his discord server.
I believe he may have some sort of connection with the said casinos, him being a steamer, otherwise how would he manage the special promos?

I do not have special connections to the casino, I stream for Rainbet and the promotions I do, I pay out of my own pocket. Thats why I posted my discord and telegram so people can claim the promotions.
