This is my first time seeing that someone complained about metawin.com, I have been using that site to gamble and I hardly experience any hardship from that site. At first you can either connect your wallet to gamble there or you signed up to login without you associating your wallet to site. During those periods I was using the site everything is instant, both deposit and withdrawal, except they have noticed that you have involved yourself with shedy activity on the gambling site and they are reviewing your address to know if your address have associated with dirty transactions.

Ok, so... I have to read the entire thread because I got confused... and still confused, even after reading them all thoroughly. The amount being disputed here is 1,815 or 8,500? And were the amount lost in fair gambling [the word "fair" being used widely here] or they're still stuck?

I am yet to get acquainted with MetaWin, but I think I can begin with trying to understand your side first.
The amount in dispute is $1,815.18. The $8,500 figure refers to my total lifetime profit on the platform at the time of the incident and is included as context because a successful withdrawal would have brought my lifetime profit to approximately $10,300. Every deposit made on the platform from Dec 2025 to March 2025 resulted in a withdrawal at a profit.

The $1,815.18 withdrawal could not be completed because MetaWin's required confirmation email was never delivered despite multiple attempts. MetaWin's own support confirmed in writing that notifications were not enabled on my account and could not explain why. No alternative method was offered to complete the withdrawal while the issue was ongoing and support took 12 hours to respond.

The balance remained accessible during that period and was ultimately played. The funds are not currently stuck on the platform.

The core issue is that MetaWin's confirmation system failed on their end, their support acknowledged the failure, and their subsequent formal response contradicted that acknowledgment by claiming the process worked as intended. The matter remains unresolved.

Noted and understood.

One, then fix the title [I believe others brushed over this, but doesn't make his point clear enough] to better reflect the situation. Amount disputed is 1,815 [if I may dare say 0, given you gambled them all away], so write that number instead. Info of 8,500, be it clearly written and followed by "profit" just make things ambiguous and blowing it to epic proportion than it actually is.

Two, I get the root of the issue now. Hopefully, I can get a contact who sit at a significant chair, so they can discuss with me about this failure more thoroughly without having to ask for higher's permission.

Three, with the two being said, once [and if] I can get to the bottom of the matter with my contact [when I get them in my hand] and prove that the root of the problem is a hiccup in their system, I'll try to get them to compensate you in a way. But please don't hold your breath, last I heard human still need oxygen inhaled through breaths to live, I can't guarantee they'll agree. I give you my words that I'll give my  best IF they're proven beyond my reasonable doubt that they're accountable for the error, but ultimately, the amount got into 0 by your own idle hand. So...

Not certain your reply is in line with even the casino's explanation of the withdrawal failure but thank you for the feedback. Additionally AHOYBRAUSE on this thread has cited issues with their email system.

The $8,500 figure was not included to inflate the dispute. It reflects that every deposit I made on the platform resulted in a withdrawal at a profit, and that this specific withdrawal would have taken my lifetime profit past $10,000. The timing of the failure, occurring at that precise moment after multiple successful withdrawals, combined with over 12 hours of no support response while the withdrawal was pending, is a relevant coincidence that I believe warrants an explanation. The disputed amount of $1,815.18 is clearly stated in both the transaction history and the written narrative. That said have updated the thread title to better focus the discussion.

On the core issue, MetaWin’s own support initially stated they did not know why notifications were disabled. Their formal response then claimed the process worked as intended. Those two positions cannot both be true. An honest explanation of what actually happened has not been provided and the matter remains unresolved. I appreciate you looking into this and remain open to a fair resolution.

For reference, the full transaction history is attached showing every deposit resulted in a withdrawal at a profit, with the $1,815.18 withdrawal stuck as Pending at the top.
