We understand your frustration regarding the prolonged review process and we appreciate that you have already provided multiple documents and explanations throughout the investigation.

However, after an additional clarification with the partner, we were informed that while the Source of Funds (SoF) information has been submitted, the KYC procedure itself has not yet been fully completed from their side. According to the partner, the case remains under compliance review at the moment.

Please note that compliance procedures, including KYC and Source of Funds verification, are handled directly by the liquidity provider in accordance with their internal policies and regulatory obligations. Unfortunately, SwapSpace does not have the ability to override or bypass these checks.

The partner confirmed that once the review process is completed, the case will proceed accordingly and a refund will be issued if approved under their compliance decision.

We understand that the waiting time is far from ideal and we will continue monitoring the case and requesting updates from the partner on your behalf.

You are continuing to repeat false and contradictory statements.

We fully completed everything that was requested from us, including identity verification, Source of Funds documents, transaction screenshots, videos, and additional explanations. After all of that, you are still changing your story and claiming the KYC was “not completed” without providing any specific missing requirement or any official rejection.

Have you ever checked EasyBit’s Trustpilot reviews or the many scam reports and complaints posted across different crypto communities and forums? Or are you deliberately ignoring all of this while continuing to defend and promote them?

At this point, it appears that you are trying to cover for a partner that has been holding user funds for over 50 days without transparency or resolution.

You listed and promoted this provider on your platform, continued redirecting me back to them, and refused to take responsibility despite clear evidence of abusive behavior. Because of this, I hold both EasyBit and SwapSpace responsible for the damages caused.

I am proceeding seriously with formal legal complaints and compensation claims against both parties for financial damages, negligence, and facilitating this conduct.

Do not send me any more copy-paste responses unless you are prepared to provide a real resolution, a concrete deadline, or the immediate release of my funds.
