Dollar Notes to be Signed by Trump

Did you see that Trump will, once again, do something unprecedented for the US?

I just read that Trump's signature will be added to the dollar, it seems unbelievable (is it!?)
Anyway, another Trump controversy that certainly brings even more debate about the politicization of the currency.

I would like to doubt this, but everything indicates it's true because the Treasury Department itself confirmed it and predicts that Trump's name will appear alongside Secretary Scott Bessent's in 2026, the year the US celebrates 250 years of independence.... since the 19th century this had never happened, not even during periods of war or major economic reforms.

But you know Trump, he is a God, or thinks he is.... and once I thought that nobody could have a bigger ego than Kim Jong-un.

This is the first a sitting president signed a dollar bill.

Trump is really crazy and egocentric.  He wants to be everywhere!

I think it is cool and can’t wait to own such an iconic signature. With all the executive orders he had to sign to steer this country back in the right direction, it is cool to be able to get that signature. Even though it isn’t real I am sure there will be many who grab one just as a keepsake.

Has a banknote ever been signed by someone who's declared bankruptcy 3 times? That'll be the unprecedented part. Is this also so he can pass dementia testing easier if he can have a note to hand, maybe he can put other answers on there too.

In all seriousness though, I don't think it'll make much difference or mean much but it's probably nice for collectors if it's continued.

From the Gulf of America chaos to the "Department of War" shenanigans. Trump is now like a guy who just wakes up and says or does whatever he dreams of doing because... well, he is the president of the United States.

The largest problem in the world is the Federal Reserve Bank, and all its satellite banks... like the EU banking system. It's just possible that Trump is doing something practical to start the crash of the Fed.

If people use money owned by Trump rather than the Fed, it could make him rich. But if he goes MAGA with it, it could get rid of the Fed and all the crazy debt-money that we have today, rather than money based on value - gold and silver - like it should be, and like the Constitution says.

I haven't looked into it but, if Trump's money says 'Federal Reserve Note' on the top of it like all our cash bills say, does this mean that it belongs to the Fed? With Trump's signature on it, it might legally mean that the money belongs to him, and he is simply letting us use it.

He's way shrewder than you guys give him credit for.

The more interesting thing is, if the people understood how "All Wars are Banker Wars," would they stop using the Federal Reserve Note? Some people are trying with Bitcoin and Goldbacks and Silverbacks. And there is a lot of bartering going on. One can find barter companies on the Internet.

Trump is simply trying another method. Some people might be too 'dumb' to do it his way.

He isn't the only president with his signature on the local currency. I w Trump haters will be against him. How is it a plague in the world right now?

I do see this as also a tactic to deviate the mind of the citizens away from the Epstein file. This news will be the talk of the day in the US, something of few discussions, meanwhile Trump is still at war with Iran.
