What kind of analysis is this

I don't know how some of these crypto analysts make their predictions this badly on Bitcoin. I don't know how achievable Tony Severino's predictions will be this year when the common factors like war(currently happening) which we know are one of the factors that decrease Bitcoin price haven't decreased it. Is it what exactly will happen globally that we will get Bitcoin $34000, from the $68k we currently have Bitcoin.
