Ok so it's not based upon merit but, payment.  This would clearly explain why you're having troubles with others.  It seems any "listing" these days is not built with sincere concern but, exploitation of self-feeding greed.  We would rather earn our place not buy it like propaganda press releases.  This precise problem is why you have "victims" and most likely will continue to, prediction here time stamped now.
I am not sure how you arrived at this conclusion, but that is your opinion of which you are entitled to, but it is wrong. KYCNotList reviews individual applications for listing. This review includes, but not limited to checking the platform's website, fee structure, KYC/AML policies, reviews from users who have used the platform, etc. It is after this review that a decision would be made either to list the platform or not.

There is no problem with this monitoring platform, and you are trying to create one out of thin air. No directory or monitoring service can guarantee users that platforms listed in their site would always be reliable, you don't get promised that. They can only help you make a decision on an exchanger to use, based on the information they gather and make available about these platforms, including the security deposit collected, which would be used to settle potential disputes.

It is fine if you don't want to get listed here, but it is wrong to throw shit when you don't know what you're talking about.

@instantexchange.i2p

Please note that we have explained this point repeatedly on this and other forums, and it is also clearly stated on our website: KYCNotList does not promise that any listed exchanger is reliable and does not simply tell users, “This service is safe — use it.”

We collect information about each service from multiple sources and present it in one place for independent analysis. This includes KYC/AML policies, deposits held with us and on other platforms, forum and monitor listings, user reviews, public history, privacy features, and guarantees.

A service cannot buy our recommendation or conceal unfavorable information. Even if it places the largest deposit and appears at the top of the list, its profile will still show if it has no presence on other platforms, lacks external reviews, or has received negative feedback elsewhere. Users can see this information and draw their own conclusions.

If our goal were simply to sell advertising, we would build an exchanger’s reputation exclusively within KYCNotList and would not display information from external resources. Instead, each service page brings together its listings, deposits, and reviews from other platforms — including negative feedback — so users see the complete picture rather than an image created solely on our website.

Regarding your reference to “victims”: since the launch of KYCNotList, only one listed exchanger has exit-scammed. That exchanger was not listed exclusively with us — it was present and maintained deposits on several other platforms as well. The victim discussed in the separate thread did not discover the exchanger through KYCNotList. Nevertheless, because we held part of the exchanger’s security deposit, we accepted the claim and paid compensation. This case does not demonstrate the sale of a false recommendation; it demonstrates why we disclose deposits and maintain a compensation mechanism.

The listing fee pays for inclusion in our database, not for trust or a positive assessment. The security deposit is a separate mechanism that may be used to compensate affected users. All conditions are public and apply equally to every applicant — they are not bribes or hidden requirements.

Well done to the dev's at kycNotList, they solved the problem in under three hours. It’s not easy to find services that respond this quickly, not to mention those that require you to open a support ticket just to get a reply, and in the meantime days go by. Thank you, given that we’re doing our bit to support your campaign, it’s great to see this level of professionalism.

I've been following with keen interest about the discussions in this ANN thread and I must say that I observe with delight how the OP is active and responds to questions and do the needful in areas of concerns. It also shows the level of dedication of the KycNotList dev. team to fix issues that are of concern about their services. I hope that this level of commitment will continue because action speaks louder than mere talks and KycNotList, team are on top of their job. Glad to be a part of your campaign team in this forum.

The truth is that I don't know exactly how long the project has been running, but it caught my attention to see its name a few days ago on a website I usually visit, among other important sponsors. I don't know if they had been sponsoring it for a long time, or if the name caught my attention by the recent appearance in the forum. Be that as it may, congratulations on the positioning Smiley

Today I was able to access the service via the Tor network, and I was very pleased to see that the site automatically recognises access via this protocol and immediately activates NoJS to ensure that the JavaScript used for fingerprinting is disabled.

This is truly excellent and guarantees privacy and anonymity (which is why I’ve also hidden my username  Roll Eyes).
I wanted to highlight another great feature, which is the ability to select the service you’re interested in via a drop down menu based on the feature that matters most to you.
