‘It’s Sickening’: US Catholic Cardinal Calls Out White House for Social Media Posts Making Light of Iran War

This article is ~ a month old, I just found it today, and unfortunately the war is still going on.

Cardinal Blase Cupich, the Archbishop of Chicago, has called out the Trump administration for posting social media videos that splice scenes from movies and video games with footage of US strikes on Iran.

In a statement released by the Archdiocese of Chicago, Cupich referenced a video posted by the White House on Thursday, captioned “JUSTICE THE AMERICAN WAY,” that showed scenes from popular movies and TV series along with strike footage.

“A real war with real death and real suffering being treated like it’s a video game — it’s sickening. Hundreds of people are dead, mothers and fathers, daughters and sons, including scores of children who made the fatal mistake of going to school that day,” Cupich said, referencing the likely US strike on the Minab school in southern Iran, which massacred over 100 children....

You are right. And I don't like the idea of dying, same as most people. But it seems war simply brings death on a little sooner for some.

The trouble is that there is only one way to avoid death. It's to believe in Jesus-salvation, so that when we all rise in the Resurrection the last day, we the believers can live forever with God in His Heaven.

Dead Muslims who don't believe in Jesus-salvation, will arise to judgement in the Resurrection... judgment away from God and good. The Cardinal probably didn't realize what he was really saying. But he is more correct than he understands.

Honestly, cheers to the insiders calling and saying as it is. Tucker Carlson, Candace Owens, Alex Jones and likewise Scott Ritter. I'm honestly glad to see what these people are doing to bring peace and promote America first in the right way.

Seen the clip and it is disgusting from Trump. Not only the bishops has called for the end of this unjust war but also the Pope. The funny thing is calling the Pope evil for not agreeing and supporting for the unrest dragging the world to global recession.

What happens when you hate reality?   You flip from praising your god to threatening him.   Like everyone normal, I see death as a normal process and do not fear or dislike it.    And neither should anyone reading this (death has never written anything bad about you...)
