While it can be managed through taking enough rest but it's not that easy for the most of us who need to hustle that much. But the problem is we're forgetting to rest because we prioritize to provide more than to take care of ourselves.
As I said, if we allow ourselves to rest, managing stress is not difficult. On the other hand, if we become too engrossed in our work and refuse to give ourselves the quiet moments we need. There is no way and no one can help us reduce stress
I agree, and workaholic people think that they have to hustle for the sake of the people relying on them but they're abusing their bodies without thinking of me time or simply resting.

This is a lowkey solution yet very effective. Taking a walk maybe at least 10 minutes to 30 minutes if can't do it in hours will definitely help someone who's stressed and pressured with their jobs and lives. I've done that and with little by little efforts when cumulative, it gives a big impact and change to our daily lives.
Sleep help the brain clear stress hormones while restoring the nervous system.
Meanwhile, walking or running stimulates the brain to release endorphins and serotonin, two chemicals that help stabilize mood.

Managing stress is simple and costs nothing, but many people just get in their own way.
I guess that it only takes them to pursue and try it so that they won't be lazy in doing these simple things to reduce the stress. Walking costs nothing but I think when they think that they don't have enough time, they pass.
