3: Proper attention should be given to customer service and care should be taken to make sure no one falls victim to scams. It is also important to clearly state the time frame for buying and selling because when a customer comes to sell bitcoin or any other asset, they will come with a specific time in mind and they should be attended to within that time.

4: You should keep all your buying and selling details clear from your own side so that anyone coming to sell can easily understand all the necessary information and this will make things easier for the seller.
