Well I can remember a few things from a couple articles I read back then about cloudfare and captcha services. Most of them are based off studying human browsing characteristics and it's more direct on a PC like your laptop. Let me explain how, most of these captcha VPN aside observe your mistakes in touch when you try to pass verification.

The idea is a bot will make no mistake where to click but a human has a higher chance of making little mistakes like not clicking the exact spot but it's rare on mobile thats why it takes longer. But on your laptop your cursor movement randomly alone already suggests you are a human hence that fast verification.

Any suggestion to this issue with verification on my mobile device?
Mine has always been passed once on all websites.

If you are certain that you do not use a VPN or proxies, it could be how your browser and mobile phones operate (fingerprinting/configuration, and even privacy extensions), by virtue, your phone and laptop could operate differently in privacy/security, and in suspecting a bot. Why not try another browser, to begin with? Clearing your browser data could also help.

Now, I tried with my computer and I had access to my account after just one verification session, but my phone has not passed verification ever since.

You mean that you haven't ever passed the cloud flare verification using your mobile phone?
To be honest, I navigates the forum mostly these periods using my phone and with the couple of times the forum website had required me to pass the security process before I can have access, it goes very smooth at my end with my phone.
So I'm probably suggesting that the error at your end was from your phone IP or browser.
You can also consider network error as the problem. You never can tell if the network was too weak for the activation when you tried doing the verification with your phone then the network grows stronger within the short time you switched over to your PC where the verification task was made successful.
