Toshi.bet Scam- Ignoring Self Exclusion

I just send you the Screenshots in a Private Message. I actually dont know, why the Case is,, private". I found the Casino over Casino Guru and registered there. After a few days it disappeared completely. You can not find it there if you search it, even if you use a Vpn. A Employee told me, that it may be not visible because of local Laws but you cant access it from any Country. I never experienced something like that on Casino Guru.

Did you managed to get in Touch with them or the representive here on Bitcointalk? I have seen that he is already offline a few days.

Could you maybe give me a first Input what you think about my Case?

Don't worry, mate. Soon enough, the "experts" here will show up to explain that this is actually 100% your fault.

They’ll probably tell you that if you’re an addict, you should just "stop gambling" (genius advice, right?). Or better yet, they’ll claim you’re "setting a trap" for the poor, innocent casino by letting them take your money after you already asked for help.

According to some logic in this forum, the casino has zero responsibility to follow their own rules, but you—the person with a documented addiction—are expected to act with perfect, cold logic at all times.

It’s a joke. Good luck with your case, but prepare yourself to be blamed for being the victim here.

In my opinion, the Casino is 100% at fault, but i dont think, that i will get a refund. Toshibet is a complete Scam, if you google it, and take a look at the reviews everything is clear. But with this Case other People get warned.

Yes, I've managed to have a brief sit with them and I've brought them your username so they can take a look into it and provide transcript from their side and/or give their defense. I haven't hear back from them, let me try to nudge them right after this, and if they still need time to gather what's asked, I'll have to re-nudge come Monday as I tend to leave my contacts to their weekend.

Regarading my opinion, even after reading the full transcript from CG, I'd keep that for myself until I got Toshi's side, if you don't mind? I don't want to jump into conclusion before gathering every facts.

Not explicitly, no. The discussion and their defense happened via DM, and much like other communication that people establish with me through personal channel, they're automatically fall under confidentiality protection. But I do share my findings after I digest everything, and the defenses, and POV from every side.

Yeah, they sent me a latest transcript that I don't think was in your video recording. Irrelevant and just wanted to confirm, I believe you're reaching them again?

Anyway, can you tell me the specific date [it wasn't shown on your video] of your latest chat with Jef where you asked for the exclusion to be lifted and he granted it? I need the specific date so I can get my contact to pull their record.

I contacted them once again to complain about the Situation and the reopenings and asked them why the reopened my Account multiple times. After that they closed the Account again. And after that, the Account could not be reopened.

About the Money... It depends on the point in time from which you consider the self-exclusion to be valid. I had continued to make deposits intermittently between my self-exclusions. Was the self-exclusion via email sufficient? Or the one via live chat?

About the other matter, I'll convey with some of my contact who are positively welcoming this thing. After each of their approval, do you prefer to keep it private and inform you via PM, or do you want it here to add more layer of... "forced-self-inflicted-security", from your side?
