I asked them to show exactly which bets used my real balance and they provided two bet IDs but those two bets are NOT losses.

Please post a screenshot of your Bets. It would be even good if there is a way to share your bet IDs through a link which lead to the platform itself to remove any doubt.

I deposited around $600 and started betting immediately. Right after depositing, my balance showed around $900. So apparently a bonus of around $300 was activated, which I did not intentionally select or realize at the time. I was confused by the higher balance but assumed I could just bet normally. I then placed my first bet of $750.

How could you not realize an extra $300? If you have deposited $600 and chose to bet with $750, you are clearly aware of the additional funds. You should have contacted customer care immediately after deposit.

Thanks for your response. All screenshots are in the Imgur link. I did not realize an extra $300 because the gg.bet interface sucks. Whenever I win a bet, it does not add it up to my real balance until I refresh the page so I assumed the page needed a refresh for it to update my balance.

OP, since you have deleted the accusation already, I am guessing that your case was resolved and indeed it was an error on the part of the casino. I am happy for you but next time please mark your case resolved instead of deleted the entire post. There has to be proper evidence of what actually happened. In you case though, the casino actually acted pretty fast. You might consider locking this as well. Next time please double check if there is a bonus involved or not.
