I am only interested in informing those who know Bitcoin and are interested in using Bitcoin. Otherwise, for the rest of the people, I am also a Bitcoin agnostic. I am not interested in informing anyone else about this. Because it will put my safety at risk and I may become a different kind of person to the people around me.
There are many people around us who do not know what Bitcoin is? And what is the correct use of Bitcoin? If I promote Bitcoin to them, they will start thinking of me as a fraudster or start looking at me negatively. Even for me, living in that society will become risky, because there are still people in the society who consider Bitcoin to be a more valuable asset. As a result of the random promotion of Bitcoin, I may be harming myself by them.
I think people disregard the anxiety inducing factors that are present. I get that there are risks when talking about Bitcoin. it's true that some people are too focused on Bitcoin and don't say anything.
But I don't fully agree with staying silent completely, and I still do not believe in talking about Bitcoin openly to just anyone either, I just have to be very mindful about how and who I talk to. When you talk about Bitcoin in some kind of environment, most especially places where there is a lot of misunderstanding, you can easily be labeled wrongly or even attract unnecessary attention, which is something nobody should joke with.
But still I just think being a Bitcoin agnostic to everybody around you, might limit the opportunity to share something valuable with the right people. Not everybody thinks that way or should I say not everyone is an illiterate, that they will conclude and start calling you a fraudster, some people might be smart and they might just be looking for the right kind of explanation or the right moment to understand.
