Hey, guys.

The whitepaper opens with criticism of blockchain at fundamental level. Five reasons why it didn't become Web3 yet.

Then it outlines a solution that reorients blockchain as a protocol agreement and decentralized recommendation engine.

What I propose is to use blockchain as the semantic layer with the discovery mechanism, along with cryptocurrency networks as Bitcoin.
It keeps the semantics of the open-source software, allowing users a software ownership: mashup as Lego bricks, or change them beyond what developers provided.
While, in return the network funds, and helps to craft the open-source as a sustainable backbone of the Internet.

Criticism is welcome, but only lurkers so far. Smiley
