I usually do not believe all these sort of statements because they are just marketing statements used control situations. The casino may be encountering some sort of problem at that time and the only way to describe it is through saying that they have a high volume of withdrawal request. Deposits are never a problem, but withdrawal can attract a lot of issues that one never sees coming like a gambler can find difficulty in using a different account to withdraw if they have some real world issues with the original account they registered with or something like this where the excuse is high volume transactions, which we all know that for new casinos, it is a blatant lie or delayed tactics to hold back your funds and coerce you to keep betting.

If it is a strategy to make gamblers stay, then you might want to delete your account on that gambling site. If its just that 20 minutes then i wouldnt be having that kind of panic but if it turned out to last for an hour or more then this is where it do sucks.
