But blaming hunger or poverty alone does not capture the whole picture. Because many times people are forced to take small benefits, it is not always their weakness but the pressure of the situation, In my opinion the problem lies deeper in the lack of education, lack of awareness and a long standing dependent mentality. If people gradually start understanding the value of their rights and decisions then this temptation of small money will not work. Change will not come overnight but real change begins when the mindset changes.

It's all boils down to greed. People understand the value of their rights but the easily sell them off when offered a considerable incentive. Poverty is only dominant in most places because activists are easily bought off. When they get offers that seems enticing the forget the struggle and save their individual pockets. It will take each of us to purge our conscience and sanitiser our emotions before true change will come. If we have more people who are willing to sacrifice for the cause without compromise then and only then will anything positive take effect

You see this set of people, they are full of condemning other people mean why they will go at the back and collect barible. They will come openly pretending to be good and righteous whereas they are not what they say they are.
Hypocritical masses are people who manipulate the mind of People who have gained their trust, it is obvious that today will see a lot of them on social media claiming what they are not just for the benefit of gaining fame.

My advice to this set of people, is that whatever you preach publicly, make sure secretly you are also the doer.

I know the country you are referring to, but possibly, I guess you are referring to more countries, since the same explanation fits a few of them in a certain continent. This is why I would like to absolve the world about this because majority of the world doesn't behave like that, I mean, even those countries that are poor and suffering from bad governance

Unfortunately, some countries' citizens have sold their integrity and could betray their brothers even for a plate of pottage.

Leadership role in some country has become like family affairs as all they want is enslave there citizens and remain in power for as long as they live. Recently I heard about a country where before election the aspirant and there party shares food, money, walk around making  unrealistic promises and lot more to citizens of the country to buy there heart over during the election, and after the they have entered they will not listen again to the cries of the Masse's.

A president, mayor, or governor is elected promising to end hunger, poverty, and inequality. I've always thought that the intention of most politicians and rulers is to keep the people in ignorance and poverty; otherwise, who would they govern for? To me, this is strategic, and unfortunately, those who are not corrupt can end up becoming corrupt; power contaminates and often amplifies the character that a person hides during an election campaign.

This is a serious matter that needs to be addressed among our selves, because I don't understand how the idea of buying vote came to us and now became the major serious problem to us, and even now that masses are now aware that politicians are using that idea to tackle us still because of poverty, some masses are not able to avoid it and choose appropriate leaders.

Those people in power they know that there are greedy and poor people among the masses, then they make life difficult for them so that when ever they come with small opportunities they will be praising them that they have done good. they are making the masses more poorer, making jobs opportunities unavailable and make life more difficult for people so that when ever category of people among them or any regime among them cime in power and make small ease for them or share money during elections they can not have option other than to accept and keep voting for them. For long time ago that's how they keep spinning our minds, if we can come to our senses, and keep hypocrite, greediness and selfish interests aside, we can bring positive changes to our nations.

Well, that's one political strategy that has been working for them all these years. It also works in cases of an employer and their employee.
The little they can offer you seems like a big thing, and you keep praising them, while you are the tool they use to make millions and billions every single day.
The strategy is simple. If you feed an angry dog, it will have the strength to attack you, but when you let it starve, it becomes vulnerable to whatever you do to it.

You are just describing my country because this is exactly what they are doing, now that we have reached the election season they have started going around sharing food stuffs and also making a lot of promises, I think it is in human nature to forget things, which was why you see a lot of people supporting these people again just because of little penny that was given to them. Our leaders are busy grooming their family just to make them succeed them and the masses are seriously suffering, it is clear that our leaders don't care about us anymore, what they want is to create comfort for their families forgetting about their citizens.

So they organise campaigns and political movements and election campaigns and still know that the hungry masses who are hypocritical would come and wait under the sun and wait for hours to collect 4 thousand or 5 thousand as the case may be and still go back to thei house complaining. This is a reoccurring situation and Leaders would never take the masses seriously because they know how to get back at them.

The rule is simple, ensure that the people are destitute of basic thighs and they will run back to you begging for arms and you can easily get them to do your bidding while they obey and sell out the future for just small peanut. The people are not just Hippocrates, they are a people that lack basic things and sees every opportunity as a means of getting one or two financial assistants.

The government that are very much a part of the knowing fully well the predicament in the land sees this lapses and are always ready to leverage on them while exploiting on the masses. When the people are ready to take the power that rightly belongs to them, it will take a very small process and effort and eventually, power will go back to the people that it actually belongs to.

People are becoming corrupt too, that is my problem. Fifty years ago shady business's weren't this big, it became bigger and bigger with time, these days everyone is out there trying to screw each other over and that is what is causing all this trouble.

I am sure that we need to make sure that we can do a fine job, and for that reason we need to work with other honest people and there are so few left. I am lucky to find one in my world, and I am happy with that but the reality is that we are not looking for anything that would make sense, we should be considering how this could be a problem for the long term. I think the best case would be that we could make a lot of money if we were all just honest instead.
