We are writing to inform you that your withdrawal request has been denied due to a violation of our terms regarding multi-accounting. While we have previously paid out your legitimate winnings, creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
You were provided with a test balance solely to review our website. Instead, you created an alternate account to abuse these funds by tipping the balance to yourself. When initially questioned, you claimed the alternate account belonged to a friend, though you later admitted it was yours. Because of this policy violation and the misuse of promotional funds, we cannot process your withdrawal.
You can't even prove they are multiaccounting since you claim to be no KYC. So once again, we have to take your words for granted about whichever detection technology you claim to use. Pay the guy his winnings and reconsider your approach. It won't take you far. He attached the chat screenshots you can read it or let me know if you want more proofs

Good day dude, I can see that you are new here and this is not the way you supposed to present your casino to the forum. You can buy a copper membership that will allow you to post image of those features your casino have for players. Please do this so that other players that can be interested to test your platform can take you seriously.

I did request for a Non-Withdrawable to test out the Site. But I did not attempt to withdraw such funds.
Before I made my deposit, I made sure to get them to give me the greenlight to do so before I did. This is actually the first time that I am hearing about me trying to withdraw the Non-Withdrawable funds.
I created a second account NOT to do that, but to simply attempt a withdrawal of my $600+ in my balance that came from MY deposit. Reason why I did it was because of the inability of my account to even make a withdrawal PROPERLY with ZERO issues. First it was because there was some random error on that appeared when I tried to make a withdrawal. After waiting for 2 days to get a response from the Owner, she fixed it but when I tried it again, it states that I have made way too many withdrawal attempts and that I can only retry after 24 hours. That by itself can already show how predatory and unethical this casino is. Owner also told me that I need to wait 24 hours. So, after waiting 24 hours, I tried again and it still popped up the same error. Tired of waiting, I tried to use another account to withdraw, mind you, I used a VPN as well as another device because I was aware of the multi accounting restriction but yet somehow, they still can tell me that both accounts were under the same IP. At this point i wasn't expecting to receive any money so I didn't really care.
The Owner also had the audacity to ask me if I wanted to join their team as I singlehandedly fixed a lot of the problems they had on their site by providing feedbacks. Even while they were planning to not even pay me out.
Also, their Provably fair is FAKE + their chat is full of bots. Not a single real person talking.
So please, cut the bullshit and do us all a favor, don't even reply anymore

Oh and also, I was told that I had to go thru KYC when I make a withdrawal above $500.

Welcome to Bitcointalk, I have to admit, this is one of the weakest starts to a casino presentation on this forum I've ever seen. Not only does the opening post look like it was written by a completely random person, but there are also some rather unpleasant complaints that have been popping up. I think you should talk to an experienced manager to help you launch it in a professional way, otherwise your promotion of the casino on Bitcointalk may end very quickly.

And the site looks pretty "ordinary", slots & live games, a few originals, and that's it. It's hard to attract players these days... the competition is tough, and without cool promotions/challenges/competitions, the casino will not get far... At the same time, I checked the welcome bonus & terms: Max withdrawable amount from the bonus, after completion of the wagering requirement: $3,000 USD. This rule always hits me... We are talking about slots, they are risky as hell, but even if we manage to hit something nice, there's a cap! This is so wrong for so many reasons...

Surprisingly, there are some high rollers here who bet hundreds to thousands of dollar in single bet, are they real? I dont mean to judge but it is a bit surprising for me to know such high rollers to play in an unknown brand new site like this. I took an example of the high roller who made a $11k bet as shown below: But....when I click to his profile, his statistic shows something opposite: He can bet up to $11k per bet but his total wager is only $215? What is wrong here?

The only explanation I can think of for these differences is that the player has enabled privacy. However, when privacy is enabled, all stats are no longer visible, not just selected ones. I must admit, this looks very strange.

I must admit, this looks very strange. Privacy or ghost mode logically has nothing to do with it since if a player enable it, there is no way for others even to check the profile. From my point of view, there are only 2 possible reasons: 1st is that there is a glitch in the system which is not synchronizing the statistic properly or... 2nd is that it is a fake bet or a bet with fake money so it does not counted to the statistic.

Unfortunately, I have the impression that many YouTubers and other influencers who play live for tens or even hundreds of thousands of dollars are using fake money to showcase their spectacular wins and thus encourage players to take greater risks. Unfortunately, it's impossible to prove that this is just theater. These fake money figures certainly shouldn't be included in the overall rankings, and perhaps that's what's happening here. We'll see how the developer explains this.

We'll see how the developer explains this. If it's a fake bet, it can't happen without the casino's consent, because no random person can place a fake bet. For that, the casino has to provide him the money, and whatever he makes profit during the show is not his, the casino pays him separately for doing all this stuff and bringing the gamblers to the casino. I am not saying this has happened here at Shiny.bet, but new and not-so-popular casinos often use this tactic to drive traffic to their sites.

However, this happens very often to test new games and the operation of all basic features and bonuses. This fake money simply doesn't count towards any promotions, leaderboards, or competitions. In this case, it would be possible if the casino made a mistake and could claim a system failure. This is what I'm most curious about, how the dev will explain this situation.
